I had a great experience at this dentist office from start to finish. The hygienist, Shakedra Segura, was amazing—super gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Kay, the office manager, runs a smooth and organized office and was very helpful with any questions I had. Also shoutout to Denise at the front office—she was welcoming, friendly, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The whole team is professional and caring. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!

I have been going to this dentist for almost 5 years now! I enjoy going to this dentist’s office due to the flexibility and their staff. Dental Hygienist Shakedra has been doing my family and I’s cleanings for the last 5 years. She is friendly and great at what she does. Denise and Kay are super nice and friendly front desk staff! They are always willing to help with a smile!

Everyone was super nice. You really felt they cared. The Doc even spent time tweaking a retainer from the previous dentist (even though he wasn't going to make anything on it) and wasn't satisfied until it was the best it could be! It was a really great experience! I can't recommend them highly enough!

I’m 74 and hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience at a different dentist office. I needed a tooth pulled and they got me in the same day that I called and pulled it. They put me at ease and I started on my journey to better dental health. There was no judgment and after a thorough cleaning (surprised it didn’t hurt), a written estimate of cost was presented. I am super pleased with the results and the affordability of all the work done. Dr. Ferguson is great and very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure that I was pain free during my procedure.His whole staff is friendly and explains everything from the procedure to be done and the cost of it. They handled all the insurance and explained my out of pocket. Absolutely the best dental care I’ve ever had and would highly recommend them.

Everyone at Dowlen Oaks Dental was pleasant and helpful during my visit. My check up was very thorough and I am pleased with the plan of action we have made to resolve my dental issues.

I can say i haven't been to the dentist since 2013 and when I came to the office i was so nervous due to being so long. They are so kind and comforting and made it to where i was not nervous. They do wonderful work when it comes to dentistry and I wouldn't choose anyone else here in beaumont. Defintley recommend if I could give more stars I would.
