Muy amables, muy pacientes y gentiles el doctor es muy paciente al explicar las dudas y las asistentes también yo no hablo inglés y todos ellos fueron muy amables conmigo . Es mi primera visita y por supuesto que regresaré por mi limpieza .

I had the best experience! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and really cared about your health. The office manager was great at explaining things. Thank you, Miss Cynthia, for all your help. Lenny and Priscilla were also super sweet and friendly, and Miss Crystal took my x-rays. Dr. Lindsay is an amazing doctor, and the hygienist really knows what they're talking about. The office is really clean.

Chelsea, the hygienist that took care of me during my appointment today went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of my appointment. I originally came in for a check up / first time appointment with concerns of pain in my jaw and I was able to get same day treatment and financing which is the only reason I was able to treat me issues today and get a plan in place to treat the others! 10/10 service all around. Special shoutout to Chelsea and the front desk lady, whom I did not catch her name.

Took my daughter to have her tooth pulled at the Beaumont office. Was greeted by a young lady whose name is Jasmine. She gave us complete instructions of what they were going to do as well as what she should do when she got home. Her personality and professionalism was the absolute best I’ve seen in a very long time. She is a true asset to your practice. Thank you

Back in April, I had a very negative experience at Aspen Dental in Beaumont, Texas. The individual I dealt with at the time came across as condescending, dismissive, and showed very little empathy toward patients who struggle with severe dental fear and anxiety. As someone who has battled dental anxiety for years, that experience left me feeling defeated, embarrassed, and questioning whether I wanted to continue my dental journey at all. There were also issues with my treatment estimate. I was initially quoted nearly $12,000 for the work that needed to be done, and neither of my dental insurance plans nor my dental discount plan had been applied. Combined with the overall experience, it left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. Afterward, I contacted Aspen Dental's corporate office and shared my concerns. To their credit, they listened. My concerns were taken seriously, and I was informed that the issues would be addressed. The area manager became involved and worked with the Beaumont office regarding what had happened. Fast forward to today. Despite my lingering anxiety and fears from both dentistry and my previous experience, I decided to give Aspen Dental another chance. Walking through those doors today wasn't easy. My anxiety was higher than normal, and I was expecting the worst. Instead, I had a completely different experience. Both of my dental insurance plans and my discount plan were properly applied. More importantly, every staff member I interacted with treated me with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and understanding. A special shoutout goes to Caitlyn, my hygienist. She was absolutely incredible and deserves every bit of recognition for the care she provided. From the moment she walked into the room and noticed my anxiety escalating, she reassured me that I was in good hands. She never made me feel rushed, judged, or embarrassed about my fears. When it came time for the numbing injections, my anxiety spiked and I started to panic. Caitlyn stayed right by my side, placed a reassuring hand on my shoulder, talked me through everything that was happening, and helped keep me calm. That simple act of compassion made a huge difference. Throughout the entire procedure, she explained each step before doing it, checked on me frequently, and gave me breaks whenever I needed a moment to collect myself. For someone who hasn't been to the dentist in over 25 years and struggles with severe dental anxiety, that level of patience and understanding meant more than I can put into words. The staff working in the back, especially those in the hygiene and oral surgery areas, were outstanding. Every person I encountered treated me with respect and genuine care. While I can't really rate the front office because I had very little interaction with them today, the clinical team was exceptional. I also noticed that I did not see or interact with the individuals involved in my experience back in April. That tells me Aspen Dental Beaumont took my concerns seriously and made meaningful changes. Credit should be given when a company listens to feedback and works to improve. Today's visit restored a lot of my confidence and reassured me that I made the right decision by continuing my treatment there. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental office feeling heard, respected, and cared for instead of anxious and defeated. To Caitlyn and the entire team working today: thank you. Your kindness, patience, and compassion made a difficult day much easier. You truly made a difference for someone who was terrified to be there. This is only the beginning of my dental journey. In the coming weeks, I'll be returning for extractions, dentures, and a partial. I'll continue to share updates along the way, but after today's experience, I feel far more confident about what's ahead. Great job, Aspen Dental Beaumont. Keep hiring and supporting people like Caitlyn and the staff that was at this location today. Patients notice the difference.
