I had an excellent experience at this dental office! I drove a short distance from Staten Island to the office after researching and reading all the reviews. From the moment I called to when I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Serratelli and the Hygienist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care for patients really stood out. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered. I left calm and un pressured unlike other offices. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, kindness, and top-quality care?, I highly recommend them! Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had! I have been going to Bayonne smile center since November 2025 and everyone from the front desk staff to Dr Espinoza who has been doing my treatment are all excellent.Every time I went for a filling or an extraction i haven’t felt any pain at all thanks to Dr Espinoza who is very patient,and caring.I’ve never felt rushed in any of my appointments and they always take you on time or sometimes earlier. I always feel like she took her time to make sure she did the best work possible for me.

I have been coming to the Bayonne Smile Center for a while. The entire staff have always been incredibly kind, and professional. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Joe has been awsome. Very caring dentist. The best in the business.

I've always loved going to the dentist until I had a horrible experience several years ago and avoided going to another (I was traumatized). I had a little discomfort from a chipped tooth and I couldn't continue to put it off so I tried the smile center and what an experience!! From the receptionist to the assistant and the dentist, they were fantastic!! They kept me calm and they were gentle and patient with me, I will definitely recommend them. I have a new dentist and I'm happy 😊
