Tuve una experiencia muy mala desde el 2017 me estan haciendo trabajo y de verdad q muy malo yo estaba en esa clinica cada 6 meses y despues cada mes y cada semana quejandome por el mal trabajo q hacen tanto dinero que sacan a uno y al seguro para que vengan haciendo un trabajo q no dura ni 1año no se lo recomiendo a nadie tuve una mala experiencia q me arepiento todos los dias de mi vida NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA MALISIMA EXPERIENCIA DESDE EL 2017 HASTA AHORITA 2020, MUY MAL TRABAJO

Please avoid this place at all costs! The basement orthodontist is terrible at his job, he gave my child an overbite rather than fixing her teeth. She is now suffering emotional and physical damage due to his negligence and lack of experience. Additionally the office staff is completely unprofessional, the females like to gossip about their patients in front of them nonetheless. I strongly believe they mismanaged my daughter’s case purposely out of spite due to their own insecurities. My daughter is a beautiful young lady who was mistreated by a bunch of ugly ducklings who wanted to ruin her image and future. Thankfully we transferred her out to a more professional environment with competent staff with higher standards. If your standards are low, you’ll be fine there however if you want high quality work with higher standards of customer service, this isn’t the place. Parents please please please avoid the basement orthodontist and his team at all costs. He has no communication skills and cannot take accountability. He made a mistake and rather than correcting it, he just kept going and now my daughter has to pay.

Called to schedule an appointment for a tooth removal for a tooth that’s exposed because the cap that THEY put on has fallen off twice within a year. The guy asked if I was in any pain to which I responded yes severely. They proceeded to schedule my appointment 3 WEEKS later and said they can’t do anything because nothing opened up. What a joke of a "dentist"

Don't allow this place to perform medical service in your mouth. It is evasive and if the doctor assigned to you is Dr. Hussein. Change dentists! I transfered from another office in Florida under the same Dental Network (Great Expressions). After getting ready, driving all the way to the office and sitting in the procedure chair Dr. Hussein tells me, she's not my regular dentist and she didn't want to do the service. I immediately got frustrated as this could've been told to me when I made the appointment. My schedule is very busy. I asked her to explain the procedure as I never needed a needle before. Mrs. Hussein gave rushed service, told me, "I have other patients waiting" Totally disrespectful knowing that I'm paying. I left and didn't get my fillings because she was so rude. I couldn't pay her my money and knowingly feel confident with her performing dental work on me. When I left the procedure room nearly in tears, she was whispering something to the front desk assistant and as I walked up and said yes I do not want her servicing me, she walked away. Just terrible and completely unprofessional. I encourage everyone to definitely stay away from Dr. Hussein and to find a dental office offering better service with 4 or more stars. There are too many other dental offices that will give far better service. I'm GLAD I never paid to have my filling done by Ms. Hussein that day.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. There’s a reason why so many people have rated this place one star.... I saw all the negative reviews of the front desk being rude but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try them anyways. Biggest mistake. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this place especially with a nasty Hispanic lady at the front desk with big poofy hair. Already called my insurance to change my dentist. **EDIT: Only 6 months after my dental work and the SAME teeth I originally went in for are already hurting again. Also I’ve never experienced sensitivity in my teeth and you guessed it...now I do. I went into another dentist and they said whoever did my fillings did a horrible job. Went to another dentist to get a second opinion because I’m sick and tired of this pain and they said the same thing. Save your time and money!

I was visiting this office 4 times. Every time I had an appointment and waited more than 2 hours each time. Thanks last time I was there I was for something which the doctor did wrong. Instead of helping me out right away I had to wait 2 hours again. This place have no respect for you not any respect for appointment made. They are extremely rude. The Spanish dude up front looks and acts ghetto. Doctor also incompetent. He wanted to build a crown on a bad tooth which had to be removed somewhere else. Money hungry, rude, and incompetent doctors. Please do not waist your time and effort to visit them just to find out all this negative reviews are true or not. They all true , I'm sharing my honest opinion with you. Avoid this practice at all cost please...

this place has no respect in the matter of appointment. I made an appointment to extract the tooth and when to call the doctor told me that it would not be the date that had marked 1 month ago. And that probably would have to wait almost a month to just do the interview with the surgeon who would score the surgery to another month (probably in December). I disrespect they have not switched to mention that the query would be demarcated and that the surgeon would not be it. They should have told me since I had to wait 1 month for this? Just a simple consultation interview to pull a tooth? As well? How much longer would have to wait just to get the tooth This is ridiculous. Never come back in this clinic for not respecting me as a patient and respect my markings. I am very upset and disappointed. This is ridiculous
