Juban Cowen Dental Care

I’ve have always been very happy with Dr Cowen and his team, ever since I started going there. Dr Cowen is very knowledgeable in dentistry and doesn’t miss a thing! He also has, excellent communication and an awesome bedside manner. His team, also has excellent communication! Especially the dental assistant, Katelyn. When I went for an appointment yesterday, she never once left me in the dark, wondering what the next step was…..or the reason for it! Best dentist I have ever had, in my 65 years!

The staff was so warm and welcoming. Kristin was my hygienist, she was very personable and thorough. She was so sweet and gentle. I highly recommend this place. Best experience in a dentist office I’ve ever had! Thanks guys!

I've been coming to Juban Cowen Dental Care for many years. I've recommended several friends and family members. I've even driven over an hour each way for years just because I trusted them so much that I didn't want to find a new dentist after I moved. However, I will no longer be recommending their services. I received a bill 6 months from my last appointment for almost $500, not including the $300 I paid at the time of service. After calling and asking for clarification about this outrageous bill, I was simultaneously told that they have no way of knowing what the actual cost will be and reiterating that in the office is "Just an estimate" while also, in the same breath, saying that they know my insurance provider usually "Underpays". Are they underpaying or are they overcharging? My husband has never had this issue with the three different dentists he has visited with the exact same insurance. And why wasn't I alerted that they have had issues with this dental insurance in the past? All in all, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Very kind and compasionate towards someone with anxiety issues. That's a big deal to us! We will be seeing Dr. Juban for extenisve restoration work and feel enormously comfortable with this doctor and trust the sedation will be handled well.

I appreciate the warm reception and thorough attention given to my unique needs as a patient. Juban Cowan's Dental staff took exceptional care in making sure all of my health concerns were addressed and that my visit and treatment was successful.

I am so impressed with the staff at Juban Cowen Dental. They are exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr. Juban is a wonderful doctor and I'm grateful for his expertise in handling my dental care.

Me as a new patient they was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They were also very thorough with the exam of my teeth. I look forward to my next visit.
