Kiana, my dental assistant, was incredibly personable, had a wonderful attitude, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would also like to recognize Nhi, the hygienist, for consistently making my cleanings and treatments a positive and pleasant experience. Both ladies were kind, respectful, and attentive, which made a lasting impression on me as a patient. Additionally, the check-in process was smooth, welcoming, and efficient. It is evident that this office values excellence at every level of the organization. The outstanding service and compassionate care from the staff make me proud to be a part of the Grand Dental family. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a top-tier patient experience.

From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell you’re in good hands. The staff is welcoming, organized, and truly. The entire office runs efficiently without ever feeling rushed. I came in with a toothache and was blown away by how quickly they were able to get me scheduled. Even more impressive, they were able to diagnose the issue and accommodate an entire root canal the very same day. That level of responsiveness is rare. I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Blanchard was excellent, thorough, calm, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier. Having never had a dentist before, I had gone to a few places for emergency treatment prior to landing here. All of those places ended up leaving me in pain or worse than I was before I went. I ended up needing major reconstruction on multiple teeth and I was unable to even look in the mirror. My significant other recommended Dr Paige and I went to get an estimate and treatment plan. Dr Paige not only helped fix the problems that were created by someone else, but he got me on a treatment plan that I can afford and that fits my timeline. In addition to Dr Paige, the dental assistants have been absolutely amazing. While I was too nervous to catch the name of the assistant that helped with my procedure, I have to give major props to how professional and kind she was. And while I don't normally review Drs, Dr Paige and his staff were just so far beyond kind and helpful. I still have a long way to go, but I no longer dread working towards being able to smile again. This means more to me and my family than y'all can ever know.

I just want to say the experience that I had here with grand dentistry with The staff with Dr. Blanchard and awesome very much. Will recommend him to all not just him but the other two doctors in there too. They’re awesome. I’m gonna tell you they’re awesome. They’re awesome and all three of them worked on my mouth but Dr. Blanchard he made the pain very painless. Hey, I’m not wanting to be bragging on a lot of places and when I tell you customer service is A-1 is A-1. I recommend this dentist office to all my family members and friends.

My kids and I love Grand Family. We’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s always a great experience. The hygienist, dentist, and administrative staff are all pleasure and professional. Highly recommend

This place is amazing. All of the staff treat you with such kindness, respect and dignity. I was referred by a co- worker, and it was truly the best decision. They have a very inviting space, and offered me water, coffee, blankets, etc. They do a great job explaining everything you need to get done. The dentist was Dr Blanchard, and he truly knows how to talk to people like real human beings. He made the whole experience feel comforting and entertaining. Lol They have a life-long client with me.
