I had a great first appointment here. As someone who still takes COVID precautions, it's hard to find a dentist who cares. Waterfront Dental staff were all wearing N95 masks. Chairs were in separate rooms with doors that close. There was a HEPA air purifier in the room. Everyone who interacted with me double checked to see if there was anything they could do to make me feel safer. I received the most thorough examination I've ever experienced. Many dentists I've seen have a "let's prescribe as many fillings as possible" philosophy, but at Waterfront they take a "let's monitor this and see if it gets worse" approach that I really appreciate. They addressed all my concerns and suggested a treatment plan that makes sense to me. I will definitely be coming back.

My experience at Waterfront Dental thus far has been excellent to say the least. The welcoming environment and friendly smiles from the staff really help especially with so much going on in the world. I have had over five dentist in my adulthood and this is the best. I can name several places I'd rather go than to the dentist. Dr. Merguerian and the staff are true professionals, their warm dispositions really help make the visit manageable. Alex is the first face I see when I enter and it really breaks the barrier of entering to calm me down. Fernando was my tech - welcome to the practice is knowledgeable, made sure that I was comfortable, and answered my questions. Amanda I hope that's her name she helped me not only schedule my upcoming appointments for the next few months, but she also kindly got me approved for my procedure through Care Credit. I really appreciated that it was one less thing I had to deal with. Noel was my tech that did the impressions for my night guard. She was efficient, made sure that I was comfortable, and answered questions that I had about my procedure. I'm truly thankful that I found this practice. Dr. Merguerian and her staff are "rock stars"🌟🦷

Dr. Merguerian and her staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like family. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and genuinely caring. They really take the time to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a GREAT Dentist!

From the front of the house to the back the staff was amazing! Came in based on reviews and was not disappointed! I had a procedure done on February 4. The kindness and professionalism of both Dr.M and her assistant Noel was unbelievable. There total focus was on me to make sure I was comfortable and adequately sedated was a breath of fresh air. They were able to get the work done fast and i didn’t feel a thing. I suggest if you need dental work come to Water Front Dental. You definitely will be happy like I am of the outcome.

Embarrassed by the condition of my mouth and expecting a lecture, I was apprehensive about seeing a dentist after years of neglecting my dental health. Instead Dr. Merguerian and her staff put me at ease immediately After a thorough exam and explanation of my dental needs, we made a plan to address my many dental needs starting with much- needed cleaning. Their hygienist Amy was terrific. I was worried it would be painful but she took care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. There is a lot more work to e done but I am no longer apprehensive about it. I am very glad to be a patient at Waterfront Dental and highly recommend them.
