Va Medical Center- Dental clinic - Baltimore Green Street

I had a filling fall out over the weekend, and tried getting in contact with someone on monday to schedule an appointment as I was entitled to set up an appointment within 180 days of separation. I not only couldn't reach anyone to set up an appointment, they took 2 days to call me back at which point I'm outside the 180 day window to schedule an appointment and can't be seen by them now anyways. I literally just needed to set up an appointment, but for whatever reason they haven't had anyone to man the phones in the last 2 days. Literally Zero help.

They do great dental work here. I've had multiple cleanings, a filling, and a cap on a molar, all by friendly staff. Though occasionally a bit behind, it's understandable considering the effort they put in.

Imposible to make an appointment at VA dental. You have to leave a message and wait for months. If you cannot operationally operate this facility your need to close it and stop offering poor service.

Typical VA experience- don’t expect anyone to help you through anything or care in the least

Arrive early and still over 1 hour wait before being seen. They really need to do better. This is terrible service. They act as if people don’t have work.
