Both me and my kid go to this office. They are kind, personable, and accommodating. Going t on the dentist can be daunting and raise anxiety, but the team at sparkling charms the experience all the better. The staff are the best that I’ve encountered. They have little treats, tvs, etc. to make the experience feel personal.

We had the most welcoming, calm, and quick visit for our 3 year olds first dentist experience. They let her change to a show she preferred, had me lay on the chair and her on top of me during the checkup, and ended with coin to get a small toy at the end. Couldn’t recommend Sparkling Charms more!

100/100 recommend!!!! I was upset when i found out the only pediatric dentist that was in my insurances network was 40 minutes away but was so grateful when my son and i walked thru the doors of Sparkling Charms!!! The office is very inviting, comfortable and clean. The ladies up front were very nice. We were then taken back into our room by one of the dental assistants (i forget her name): ) but she was amazing and so kind. She helped make my son comfortable and turned on his favorite show. Dr.Spates then came in and was amazing! She was great with my son, talked to him and i could tell this was definitely her calling! It was quick, easy and fun especially for a first ever dentist appointment! I am so happy we ended up here and it was well worth the 40 minute drive! My son cant wait to go back!

Dr. Spates is truly amazing, and I can’t thank her enough for seeing my son on a Sunday afternoon. He had an unfortunate accident at football practice that knocked his tooth out of the socket, and his regular dentist’s office was closed for the weekend. I started searching everywhere for an emergency dentist who could see him on a Sunday, which, as you can imagine, was incredibly difficult. Just as I was about to give up and head to the ER, I came across Sparkling Charms and decided to call. Dr. Spates answered, and she must have heard the urgency in my voice as I explained the situation. Without hesitation, she immediately put a plan in place and met us at her office within the hour! (and my son isn’t even a current patient of hers) From the moment we arrived, she was calm, welcoming, and incredibly reassuring. She handled everything with care and professionalism, and thanks to her, my son’s tooth was saved. He is so relieved and happy! I will absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist. If I could give her 100 out of 10 stars, I would. I’m beyond grateful for her kindness, responsiveness, and expertise.

They’re always wonderful with my daughter who has been going since she was 2, now 3. They’re kind, gentle, and make the experience very comfortable. I also appreciate their hours later in the day; very helpful for a working parent!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. The team does a phenomenal job with my 1 year old, 3 year old and 10 year old. They are very patient and considerate of little children and my babies love the toy machine!
