The dental practice here is quickly paced and usually there is not a long wait to be seen. The staff does their best to be transparent and explain costs and procedures. Dr. Madami is quite efficient and kind.

I urge you to avoid this dentist at all costs and heed the warnings of myself and others. At best, Parvin Roya Madani will insist that every possible tooth needs dental work. At worst, you will agree to have a procedure and leave with pain and sensitivity in areas that were not discussed. The day after a partial crown on a chipped tooth, I had sensitivity on the teeth above the partial crown. When I went to a different dentist the next week as this seemed highly irregular, the new dentist found deep, pin-prick holes that needed fillings directly opposing the work Madani had done. The second dentist stated she was deeply concerned by the nature of the holes and that she was surprised it was not brought up or addressed during the partial crown. After my new dentist fixed the pinprick holes, she let me know that all of the recommendations from Madani were unnecessary. For your own safety and health, do not visit this dentist office. As a note, it looks as though many of the positive reviews were done so by bots. If you check the review history, such as "Brooke Furley" and "Your Reaction News," these accounts post for locations such as bail bondsmen, Dollar General, McDonalds, fingerprinting businesses, and locations that people ordinarily do not review. The entire staff at Charles Street Dental was patient, kind and attentive. Everything was explained in detail. I am so happy I selected this office to take care of all my dental needs. If you choose this location you won’t be disappointed. I left with a beautiful smile. #howdidyoureact

I’m a brand new client who came in for an emergency visit. I was taken very good care of both medically and emotionally! I can’t stress enough how much anxiety I have going to the dentist. But the doctor made me feel very safe and cared for. She and the dental assistant explained every step of the procedure, and the women out front walked me through all the different insurance options. I still have a long road ahead of me as far as the procedures I need, but I feel very safe and confident in the hands of this practice.

Honestly visiting this dentist is inspiring. Everyone is so friendly, competent, and professional. I had an excellent experience and truly felt cared for and respected. Highly recommend.
