Cascade of Smiles Dental Office

Only two stars because the staff is wonderful. However the new doctor is absolutely awful. This place was a godsend until he was brought in this past year. Very condescending, rude, and money hungry. Treated me so awful I left in tears. Very rough with his work as well. I don’t leave reviews often but knowing how stressful a new dentist is, please beware.

Dr. Murray and the staff has been so phenomenal from day one. Hands down, this has been the best dentist office I’ve ever been to in Maryland & Georgia I received a card in the mail the next day welcoming me after my visit. Dr. Murray called me personally, to see how I was doing after 2 days after pulling my tooth. 🙌 I was so pleased my 9 yr old daughter will start coming her now.

I'm a carry-over patient from Dr. Cylus and have been using Dr. Murry for a few years now. He is excellent! And the staff hygienists are as well. I've had a number of procedures done and I am a SUPER high anxiety person, he is always so kind and gentle and most importantly understanding of how anxious I can get. I bring both my kids here, the staff is sweet and appointments are always easy to come by. Its everything I need in a dentist, highly recommend them.

I always have anxiety going to the dentist. Went for my first appointment recently. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel like a person and not just a number. Margaret is amazing. She rocks! Made me feel calm.

Everyone is very nice however when I went to a new dentist he could tell every filling I got filled from cascade of smiles. It was not smooth causing more chances for decay and problems down the road, so now I have to restart the whole process and re spend $ to have this fixed. If you have a cavity I highly suggest getting it filled somewhere else and only using this place for routine maintenance. In addition when i had to get a tooth pulled we found out I had deep roots and was in that chair for 20 mins with pulling and twisting, NO FUN!

I had a great visit at Cascade of Smiles. Margaret did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my teeth and actually discussed/walked me through various aspects of my appointment. Dr. Murray was pleasant and took time to discuss my questions and concerns. They were also ready for me when I got there, so I didn't have to wait at all, which seems to be rare at other doctors' offices.

Just started bringing my children here. We had our first visit today and was very happy with the service and hospitality we were giving. The hygienist was very friendly. She explained and showed me everything that was going on. The dentist himself was again very friendly. Explained to me and my son while doing his exam. I use to go to kool smiles but I will continue to bring my children here. I can see the diffrence between a corporate dentist to a private dentist.
