I would have given this dental place 4 stars about two years ago and prior, but ever since they made changes in front staff the service is not the same. It used to be a very smooth experience with Jennifer, she used to handle all phones very professionally and had all your information on point. Now it’s almost always an issue with misinformation or miscommunication. I have had appointment mix-ups with time, I have been questioned if I paid or if I am done paying - I mean People! YOU WORK THERE and handle the receipts/paperwork. Today I had to do my own research going through my notes and texts to tell the person on the phone why I think my son already got his six- month dental appointment last month. Although this was explained to her last week- I had to Not only re-explain today but call back to GET THE POINT ACROSS. I asked if she could please look at the dentist records instead of looking at what got charged on the insurance. After the records where finally looked at on the third call, it was confirmed indeed the six month dental already happened. I spent my lunch hour at work investigating my own file. This place gets 3 stars for the great dentist/orthodontist/and dental assistants but please have the desk staff make sure they know what the process is and actually confirm RECORDS instead of guessing, this will only keep getting the result of frustrated patients.
