Dr. Robles Family Dental Office

El Dr. Robles y su equipo son muy profesionales, atentos y estan usando las medidas necesarias para el COVID-19. Me gustó la experiencia que tuve en mi visita la semana pasada.

Don’t come here i asked to be sedated Helen (receptionist) said they don’t do that here and i said I’m terrified and will be crying and screaming she said she wouldn’t book the appointment aren’t you guys a FAMILY dentist? You’ve never dealt with a frightened child? Wow good work on your sympathy so great i decided to give you a one i would have given them a zero.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Doctor was able to see my X-rays and give me detailed info of my teeth explaining as to why I have sensitive teeth. Have had sensitive teeth for over 4 years and the doctor recommended filling in my teeth. He also polished them and made my teeth feel brand new and are not sensitive now. Thank you so much for paying attention to my concerns

I first found Robles about 7 years ago. Loved the friendly team. Since then, I've been extremely disappointed with their staff. Both over the phone and in person. It feels as if I am bothering them. They are short with their interactions on the verge of being rude. I used to feel a welcome and friendly atmosphere. Now, they are barely friendly. This is sad because Dr. Robles and his son, are great dentists, but I'm considering a new office due to the lack of professional courtesy from both front and back office staff. As an example, at the end of my visit, I was told that the front desk would help me-this is normal for the end of any visit. I went to the front desk and waited for a bit. The lady seemed busy so I figured she'd tend to me when she was done. I guess I made some noise that got her attention. She asked me if I needed something. When I explained that I was directed to see her, she merely waived me off saying she didn't need me. Just wow. I have a crown pending authorization, but not sure I want to go back.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. As someone who gets nervous and the dentist I felt comfortable and at ease here. The person who took my x-rays made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.
