Because of you, you have not just me as a new patient, but my daughter in law too! You have Barbara Hays to thank for her referral to you Dr Frank. ( I'm also impressed how fast you were able to get my chipped tooth repaired.) I'll definitely be back.

New to Bakersfield after 9 years away. Needed to find a dentist, Yelp helped.LOL Had an access near a crown and bridge. I read the reviews, were from a couple years ago however very positive. I called to see if I could be seen , Maria was so hospitable and friendly. Brought me in as an emergency. I was so grateful. Very nice communication. Emails and texts. Once in the office it is so clean and beautiful, such a nice place to wait. However the wait was not long! Jill a RDA, called me back as soon as I finished a health form. Did some X-rays in a new way to me. Easy peasy. Met Dr. Frank, such a nice gentleman. He was concerned with my tooth. He thought a lot about what our next step could be. He came up with an excellent plan. Maria gave me the estimate, explained everything to me. Extremely pleasant environment! I am Extremely please. I highly recommend this office to anyone! If I could give a rate of 10, I would. Dr Thomas Frank is the best dentist I have seen all my life ( I am 82 and a retired physician). He had a fantastic office, from secretary to Jill, who explained the whole process of Dr Frank’s office procedure. On first consult, complete X-RAY of my teeth done, swab for cancer cells, swab for mouth bacteria by Jill. Dr Frank then came in and examined my teeth and gum’s carefully and then painstakingly explained my problems with a rational plan of treatment before I receive radiotherapy in 2 months. He is a very professional dentist, ahead of his time, excellent bedside manners. I was so impressed so referred my own husband to him. I will recommend him to all my family and friends 👏👏👏👏👏👏

The office itself is very pleasant, not too clinical. The staff is friendly, As is Dr Frank I’ve had a lifetime of bad experiences in dentist offices l, as a consequence, am afraid of going to the Dentist. My experience today was the opposite of what I was expecting. I will go back for treatment without fear I usually experience.

I have been going to dentist offices for 60 years and have always know I would walk out in pain. Dr Frank and all his crew made this the easiest and least painful experience! The shots of novacain have always knocked me for a loop with other dentists. Dr Frank is a master! I didn't even feel the shots going in!! His entire office made my experience, that was not an easy one, so much better than it could have been. Caring and compassionate dental care from them all. Thank you Dr Frank and all!

First visit, Dr Frank and his assistant Jill very friendly, knowledgeable and not in a hurry! The doctor actually listened and gave me some hope that my dental issues are fixable. Looking forward to next visit!😊
