I have had only positive experiences in the past three years with Southwest Family Dentistry. The dentists are knowledgeable. My hygienist Yvette, is skilled and professional. I feel as if I am supported in every situation. My gums have shown a marked improvement as well.

Office is clean with very friendly, welcoming staff with efficient service.The hygienist we see is amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable especially when it comes to my son who is on the spectrum and originally terrified of the dentist!! She is amazing with him and he is no longer needing sedation for basic dental treatment.

In December I had to reschedule my appointment because I am immunocompromised due to cancer and I was sick. I was told that there were no appointments until March and they refused to reschedule me. They told me they would just put me on the call list. I have received 1 call that I wasn't able to take. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their bedside manner for children could use some work too. All 3 of us will be looking for a new dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr Ching since he started his practice taking over my previous dentist practice. He has always been friendly and greeting me by my name. He is very professional and knowledgeable in all the newest things in dental care. He is thorough in his exam and always let's me know what needs to be done for my treatment plan. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The hygienist I had for my last visit was very good and friendly. The office is always clean and comfortable. I have always been able to get appointments set that work with my schedule and get reminders a few days prior to my appointment. I have tried other dentists (because my husband wanted to) but we returned to Dr Ching and would recommend him to anyone.

Super impressed with how spotless the office looks! Felt very welcomed by the male receptionist Everything smells fresh, surfaces in the office and restrooms are very clean, The dental rooms have never looked better. Highly recommend!

Our visit was great all around. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so kind and makes you feel very welcomed. The whole process was smooth. We loved it!
