Smile Dental

Made an appointment for my elderly mom. We arrived early on a rainy Wednesday. The receptionist in front were scarce when we arrived and we had to wait just to receive paperwork from the irritated receptionist. Filled everything completely, then sat and waited and waited while everyone who came in after us was called. Mom has IBS, so took her to use their restroom, which was filthy. Made me wonder about their back office cleanliness. After an hour of waiting and never being called or told why there was a significant delay, we left. Wish I could send them a bill for my time and efforts. My elderly mom was not pleased with the extensive wait, especially since we arrived early. Never going back due to lack of consideration for our time.

Dr. Tran and ALL HIS STAFF are amazing. From the front of the office to the back. The term treat others how you would to be treated… this is them. Helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate they are this to a T. Now Dr. Tran is honest, he won’t sugar coat that you’ve been playing the wrong games with your teeth. He is also extremely gentle and he cares. Over all the dental office is truly a gem, and I would refer this office to anyone in this area.

They made me feel better and I would not go anywhere else

I have a really bad fear of the dentist. I never felt judged (even when crying during a consult) and I think this place might actually help me get over my phobia. I was very comfortable when they pulled my tooth and it took like 3 minutes. I did wait for around two hours but I look at it as exposure therapy! Thank you guys!

Dr Tran and his staff are amazing! They care about their patients and how we feel. I had to lava crowns done on my two front teeth, they went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable with them before putting them in permanently. I had absolutely no pain from the procedures at all which shocked me! Thank you for making my smile look great!

Wow! Dr Tran is such an excellent dentist! I highly recommend him! I suffer from panic attacks and am extremely nervous about dental work- I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted and he was so patient with me, every step of the way. Very gentle and very sincere! &most importantly- I didn't feel a thing! I am very THANKFUL for being in the hands of such a wonderful & caring provider! He made the experience much better and he shows he genuinely CARES about the patient! If I could I would put 10 stars! Thank you Dr. Tran for being so professional and sincere! You are AWESOME!

I would give Dr Tran and his office staff 10 stars if I could. I've been going to him now for a couple of years. I've had everything done from braces, root canals, extractions, partials etc. I'm no stranger at dentist offices but hands down dr Tran is the best. He's caring , gentle and quick. And has a awesome personality. He makes you laugh even when your seeing him for something very unpleasant. He truly is a amazing dentist. My husband now goes to him and he is so happy he did. Thank you Dr Tran and staff. You guys are amazing
