Dr. Suman was so helpful and personable! She not only helped me in my situation but she was extremely gentle in the process of placing a crown. Janice the RDA was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Shavon was also again, super friendly! Amazing staff, amazing people! River lakes dental group is the best!

My first visit with Riverlakes Dental was in December 2025. I had a great experience with the dentist. My husband not so much - the office staff was very pushy about wanting him to authorize for work to be completed that he didn’t want to have done. Today, 6 months later, my insurance has changed from an HMO to PPO - to me that means they’re going to get paid better by my insurance company, so I would think they want me to come in for the previously scheduled appointment for June 9th. I spoke with Anita, and she repeatedly questioned my veracity about the PPO coverage, even so far as once I emailed the screenshot of card with evidence of PPO insurance, she replied that she’d get back to me once it was verified. I’ve given it some thought and will be cancelling my appointment and finding a dentist that better appreciates my business. I will be telling anyone who asks finding a dentist office about my poor treatment by Riverlakes Dental. They really should treat people with courtesy and respect.

The moment you step in the front desk Gabby made you feel welcomed. Dentist Nora made you feel even more comfortable and confident that you made the best decision for your oral care. We stepped out fully understanding what our next steps were to make my grandfather feel more confident about his smile.

Dr. Stephanie Govea is awesome! She took great care (true, compassionate & thoughtful care) of my 11 yr old who needed to be seen due to a cracked tooth. We just changed insurance and we were referred here because they would see a pediatric patient. I'm so greatful they could fit us in same day. The office staff was amazing a well. They made everything super easy. Most importantly, my daughter was happy and felt safe

Yesterday was our first visit with my wife and daughter. Our experience was phenomenal overall. Their equipment is very clean and in good equipments. They are super nice and easy to talk to you. Dr Govea and Liz are very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at my recent dental hygiene appointment. The hygienist-Amy, was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Amy explained everything she was doing, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. The cleaning was thorough but gentle, and she took the time to answer my questions and give helpful tips for improving my daily routine. I also appreciated how attentive she was to my comfort throughout the visit. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Amy if you’re looking for a hygienist who is both skilled and genuinely cares about her patients.
