Yo voy a esra clinica desde hace un años y las muchachas que estaban antes, Joana, Martha . Muy buenas en atenderte, y ayudarte con tus citas, pero ahora ni hablan español, no te ayudan y aparte muy mala atencion. Y les dices que a esa hora no puedes ir y te dicen no hay y de ahi no pasan . Te quieren dar citasva las 8:00 am cuando trabajas y pides mas tarde otro dia que haya un pico mas tarde y solo te dicen no hay. Y eso que no voy por por cualquier cosa necesito una corona y un root canal. Y todo por que me rellenaron una muela que no ocupaba relleno sino la corona.

Buen lugar y tienen buenas Jente para ayudar la seńorita Cejay fue muy buena en la traducción ya que no ablo inglés sólo español mi familia y yo tenemos casi un ańo yendo ayi y la verdad bien servicio les yamo y si no puedo ir me me agendan mi cita para el día y hora necesaria gracias dr shah

I went in today as a first time patient, I have to say after being with another dentist for 15 years . I was nervous and skeptical , but to my surprise Liz, was absolutely amazing excellent customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable !!!. Doctor was super nice and patient ! He had a gentle touch not a heavy hand at all . The front office staff were also super friendly! Jackie was very helpful and welcoming. I definitely will be changing my dentist , no more special trips to Van Nuys . Happy to say I have found my new dental office ! 😊 in Bakersfield!

LOVE LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I got there, checked in, and was greeted by Cecilia and Jacky. Both of them were courteous and polite, asked for my information, and quickly checked me in. Jaylen then came out, called me to the back for X-rays, and was very polite as well. The dentist who helped me was Dr. Patel. She was kind, patient, sensitive to my pain, and careful. She thoroughly explained what was going on and referred me to the endodontist. Minerva and Andrew were her assistants; they were courteous and polite as well. I highly recommend this dental office—thank you to all of you! Once I get the endodontic treatment, I will be back for my routine cleaning.

I had a lovely experience, my dental assistant Jaylen made me feel comfortable and welcomed , even if I had cameras in my mouth. I did not get the name of my dentist however she was very kind and got the job done quickly. I would come again.

If your looking for a new dental office this is the one. They offer affordable payments if you have no insurance. I got there new patient special for 59.00 which includes x-ray cleaning and exam. They don't guarantee same day treatment. Thankfully DR SHAH was able to put me into a schedule and get my filling done. He answered all my questions and was very kind. His assistant was very sweet. I forgot to ask for her name. Thank front staff was great. They were all professional and quick.
