Protection Plus Dental Center

I have been going to Dr Dhanjal's office since I was in High School, which was 30 years ago. His staff provides excellent care and the front desk is the best I've ever seen. His daughter is now a dentist there along with a few others and they all practice with the greatest of care. I recently went in for an extraction and received the best care and service. Thank you for never changing ❤️

I called and got hung up on for asking a question about new patients. It’s disheartening that people are paid to work and want to instead mistreat others.

My experience was a nightmare no one knew what they were doing . This place is full of trainees that don't need to be practicing on real situations. I could tell She didn't know what she was doing my silver crown fell off my tooth as soon as i got home. and then the receptionist girl was like on quote ' Its only temporary anyway'. That should have never been said to me. Choose another place .you don't want to keep having to come back because there making to many mistakes.

I regret to say that my experience with this orthodontist has been nothing short of a nightmare. Throughout my two-year treatment period, every visit seemed to bring a new set of problems. They consistently used trainees for band replacements, who would repeatedly poke my teeth and gums due to their lack of experience. It became so frequent that they often had to call in the head orthodontist to fix their mistakes. What's worse, when I finally thought the ordeal was over as I was getting my braces off, they managed to mess up the molding for my bottom retainer. Now, despite the time and money I invested here, my bottom teeth are already shifting because I don't have a properly fitting retainer. I have never felt compelled to write such a negative review before, but this orthodontist has truly earned it. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Even if it means spending more elsewhere, it will undoubtedly be worth it to avoid the nightmare I endured here.

My experience at the orthodontist was extremely unpleasant due to the lack of knowledge and experience of the staff. The orthodontist and their team constantly made mistakes and seemed unsure of what they were doing, which left me feeling anxious and unsure about the treatment I was receiving. During my appointments, the orthodontist would often poke and prod at my mouth in a rough and painful manner, causing me discomfort and even injury at times. They seemed to lack the necessary skills and finesse to perform the procedures in a gentle and efficient manner, leading to unnecessary pain and stress for me as the patient. Overall, the lack of knowledge and experience at the orthodontist's office made me feel extremely uncomfortable and wary of continuing treatment there. I have decided not to return to that orthodontist as I do not feel confident in their abilities to provide me with the care and expertise that I need for my orthodontic treatment.

I have been going to this dentist for over 8 years. Emma the hygienist was amazing! She did top of the line work, not only that, she also educated me on how to take good care of my teeth. I always looked forward to my 6 month cleaning visit with her. I am extremely disappointed that she is no longer working there. She actually paid more attention to my dental concerns than the actual dentist. I will be looking for a new place.

Like someone else said, the dental hygienist was like a bull in a china shop. The doctor barely gave me the time of day. He barely spoke to me. He barely spent any time with me. I went in for a cleaning and an exam. I was told I was good for the next 6 months. Two months later I started having severe pain. I decided to go to another (kinder) dentist and found out I have a bunch of cavities and need a root canal done. This should have been caught months ago when I went to Protection Plus. I was treated more like a set of teeth than a human patient.
