From the second I walked in here, I could tell it was going to be a great dentist office. Everyone was so kind from the front desk, to my hygienist, Victoria, & the dentist, Kamel. They all made me feel so comfortable & were so helpful building a plan with me to improve the health of my teeth. 10/10 would recommend

I recently visited South Austin Dental Studio and was extremely impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process a breeze! Dr. K was kind and super informative and the dental hygienist was thorough and gentle during my cleaning. The office itself is modern and clean, with state-of-the-art equipment and a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail and the emphasis on patient comfort. The team took the time to explain my treatment options and answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at South Austin Dental Studio and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. I see that a lot of patients have had an excellent dental experience at South Austin Dental Studio, but I did not. From the minimal work I've had done, one filling came out, two crowns rub together from improper fitting and worse of all they are DRAMATICALLY whiter than the rest of my teeth. I don't understand how that happened as the dental assistant and I chose a color that matched the rest of me teeth. When I called the office about it, they said I could whiten the rest of my teeth to match. It felt like they were trying to upsell me rather than address the problem. It wasn't even a viable solution because I have other crowns done elsewhere that actually look natural, so then they would look off. I'm not sure how he could have put these in and left them like that. This happened a couple of years ago, but every time I see them in pictures where I'm laughing or have a big smile (they're molars), I get angry all over again. On top of all that, I drained my bank account to get them and they demanded payment upfront -- it was like pulling teeth (mind the pun) to get my balance refunded.

Top notch professional service. The dentist and assistants were very knowledgeable and great listeners. My Zoom treatment was a miraculous improvement! Would highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs.

Took my girls in for a check up and cleaning , and we had such a great experience! Very thorough exam from the doctor who took his time explaining findings and treatment needed. Also the hygienist Victoria was awesome! She did an amazing job from the X-rays, itero scan and the dental cleaning , she made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend South Austin Dental Studio. Very caring and kind personnel.
