I love Belterra Dental. The doctors and hygienists really go the extra mile, without pushing unnecessary treatments. The hygienist Dianna is so thorough and makes me feel comfortable each visit. The office stays up to date with modern equipment and treatments, such as peptides. I’d highly recommend Belterra dental to anyone in the area.

Timely, thorough, friendly and no pressure . Dr Nguyen gave me solid information about my teeth. He said he felt I should have a crown on a molar and showed me the fracture lines . He said if it was not bothering me now , I could get back with him when I felt I needed the crown. I believe I have found a very good dentist for me.

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist and a great person; he’s super patient, explains things very well, and makes you feel at ease. Dayana and Emely are great hygienist as well! They explain everything that’s going to happen very well so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. They’re very friendly, nice to chat with, and make the experience very personable. My teeth also felt the cleanest they have ever felt afterward. They even gave me a warm towel at the end! 😁 10/10!

Being a patient at Belterra Dental is an easy, comfortable experience. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is warm and pleasant and exactly what I need to feel like Im being taken care of. I would highly recommend it.

I moved and needed a new dentist. Dr Nguyen did not try to upsell anything, and is very nice. Good cleaning and scheduled for a 6 mo follow-up. I see he does a lot of cosmetic procedures, but if you just want a dentist for preventative or routine care and cleanings, I would recommend Belterra Dental for you as well.

I was very happy with my first visit at Belterra Dental. Hygienist was very thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Nguyen was also personable and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and in good hands with experts.

This was one of the most stressful and upsetting dental experiences I’ve ever had. On my first visit, I asked the dentist if he could extract my wisdom teeth. He said he could not because I was "too old," yet in the same conversation said I had the option to remove them or leave them. That contradiction alone immediately raised red flags. On my second visit for a cleaning, the dental hygienist told me I needed to remove my wisdom teeth to avoid plaque buildup. When I confronted the dentist and asked him directly which was true—remove them or leave them—he looked genuinely surprised and had no clear answer. I cannot believe a licensed dentist would give such inconsistent and careless guidance. That is not a "difference of opinion," it’s incompetence. The cleaning itself cost more than a standard cleaning, and before leaving I explicitly asked how much I owed after insurance to avoid future billing problems. I paid exactly what I was told. Months later, I’m contacted again and told I owe over $140 for a mouthwash. Apparently charges just keep appearing long after services are "settled." This feels less like healthcare and more like a billing trap. I try to support local businesses, but this establishment is not trustworthy. Between contradictory medical advice, poor communication, and questionable billing practices, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
