Es mi segunda visita a esta clínica y definitivamente será mi habitual,la mejor de todo Austin ,el servicio y la atención es maravillosa,la recomiendo muchísimo porque la salud dental es muy importante y en esta clínica recibes el mejor servicio.

Me gusto much como me atendieron y fueron muy amables en toda la cita. Si recomiendo que vegan a atenderse cualquier problema que pudieran tener con sus dientes o limpiesa de dientes. Y no se tienen que preocupar por el idioma aqui hablan español. Gracias por todo!!

I am so glad a friend recommended Austin Lifetime Dental. I am a lifelong odontophobe, so writing a positive review the day after getting a crown and two fillings is a big deal for me. I was very nervous about the procedure and Suzanne put me at ease right away. She got me a pillow and a weighted blanket and then talked me through the plan. She checked on me often to make sure I was okay and gave me breaks when I needed them. Dr. Lane has such a patient, calming demeanor (and that's not just the nitrous oxide talking). He was meticulous about making sure the crown looked and felt perfect. I have had dentists in the past who have been condescending or shamed me for my anxiety. I know that would never happen here. Every single employee has always treated me with genuine kindness and patience. I look forward to my cleaning with Vincent next month. Thank you all!

One star for the billing department. I have been a patient at this office for over three years. At some point, the insurance policies they accept appear to have changed, but this was never communicated to me. In early 2025, after a routine dental cleaning, I received my first bill. I was told my insurance had only covered a portion, but no explanation was provided. I assumed it may have been related to X-rays. After my next cleaning, I received another bill. When I questioned this—especially since my insurance covers cleanings at 100%—I was again given the same vague response. I called once more to confirm I had all the necessary information before contacting my insurance, and only then was I informed that the office is not contracted with any insurance providers. This information should be clearly disclosed before appointments are scheduled. Failing to inform patients of such an important billing detail is misleading and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

I have been a patient at Austin Lifetime Dental for over 10 years and I’ve had nothing but excellent care. I consistently recommend them to friends. The staff is so kind and professional. They do little things to make you comfortable. They continually update with the latest technology. And they’re genuinely nice people.
