I have major fear and dental phobia. Dr. Russ works with me and has made sure that my comfort is always addressed and I would trust no one else at this time

My whole family sees Dr. Russ and has for years! He is great with kids!! Both my 3 and 9 year old get excited when it is time to go see him.....my 3 year old was nervous and he did a great job making her feel comfortable! At the beginning of the pandemic he opened the office and came in to see me when I told him I was in pain. He is caring and a great dentist!! I feel lucky to have found him! If you see him you won’t be disappointed!!

Dr. Russ and his team are the most professional and responsible group that I have ever worked with. They always look at the health of my teeth and the long term implications of doing work to help me make an educated decision. When my family and I tried a dentist in the Promenade downtown Naperville, we found ourselves with mouths full of work that needed to be fixed or redone completely. When they refused to fix their shoddy work we came back to Dr. Russ and his team. They fixed the mistakes of the other dentist and had us feeling like a million buck in no time. I will never consider taking my business nor my kids anywhere else.

Excellent dentist, dental hygienists, and staff. One of my least favorite doctor visits use to be the dentist - but now I don't mind at all. Always attentive; fully explain any procedures; and provides alternatives if they are available. I now go routinely to Dr. Russ -- and before Dr. Russ, I had not been to a dentist in six or more years because of bad experiences.....but now I am a regular patient making my routine visits!

Dr. Russ has been my dentist for many years. He is an artist and replaced fillings, crowns and even installed a bridge saving four teeth. His skill at making teeth look and feel good is unequal. He has always there for me at any time of day to help.

Dr Russ has taken care of me and my family for years. He makes you feel comfortable and pain free. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Do not go to this dentist, he will tell you you need to replace your old filling with new ones. He replaced mine and caused me to crack my tooth because of too much filling in tooth. When I called in pain... he responded what do you want me to do about it... cost over a thousand dollars to get a crown. After that he agained claimed I had partial fillings that need fixing I hesitated due to cost. He said oh it only cost about 50 bucks cause it a parcial filling. Got a bill for 600 dollars! Yup! My ins only paid 300. Expected me to foot 350. I wrote a letter to office refusing to pay and told them they jacked up that price to get more money for on insurance. They sent be letter back tells my me to go elsewhere for dental care. Which I did and was told by my current dentist this guy was being shady.
