I had a good experience. I had 3 crowns done on my 3 teeth that had very large fillings and started to hurt. I like Dr. Sam. She is funny and easy going. She listens carefully and explains well. Front desk staff is nice and the dental assistants helping Dr. Sam are very polite and knowledgeable. I had to go a few times for temporary and permanents and redoing of a crown. Overall, I am pleased.

Poor experience, unfriendly staff didn’t give a welcoming feeling. The treatment plan they created was $800 for a deep cleaning, which my previous dentist never mentioned I needed. This place severely scams and forces you to think the only option is the most expensive treatments. The itemized paper for all the pricing had things slipped in, without my approval. I previously already opted out of the cancer screening because of my budget. It was put back in and the 2 receptionist couldn’t explain why it was that expensive even though they swore my cleaning was covered but needed preauthorization, so IT WAS MAJORITY NOT COVERED. I came for my annual cleaning, not to have my time wasted. Will be finding another dentist.

I would not recommend if you don’t want to pay more. I have been routinely going to the dentist my entire life. When I got a new insurance I had to switch to this dentist office. Immediately they said I need to use their specific tooth paste I had to buy there. I said okay. I went to get a cleaning and they said I had no cavities but had gingivitis and needed to pay for a special cleaning for this. I was shocked because I had never been told I had gingivitis before. I used their tooth paste for six months and came back for another cleaning this time the hygienist said it didn’t even look like I was brushing my teeth and I needed to get an electric tooth brush. I told her I already had an electric tooth brush and was brushing twice a day. She said once again I would need to pay for the extra deep gingivitis cleaning my insurance didn’t cover. I was so upset for the way I was treated that I immediately went to two other dentists to get other opinions both dentists said I in fact did not have gingivitis and didn’t need a deep cleaning. It has been one year since then and my new dentist has continued to say I don’t have gingivitis. I would recommended you get multiple opinions from anything this place tells you. It truly seems like they were trying to scam me into paying for the deeper cleaning.

Me and my older children recently came in for a cleaning. Staff was polite, professional and did a great job. They explained everything before they did it and gave good recommendations on home oral care. No pressure to add on extras which would increase cost. We all had a great experience. Dr Sam is THE BEST!

UPDATE: A week after having my fillings done I started experiencing excruciating pain with sweet sensitivity in an area that wasn't even worked on. I didn't have any pain here prior to my visit and now Anytime I eat something sweet I have horrible pain. The dentist told me that I had to be clenching my teeth and asked if I was stressed? She told me I had damage to my gums and this is what was causing the sweet pain sensation? Said there was no cavities? Definitely know that no matter how nice people are at a facility, doesn't mean they know what they are doing or talking about. Just sitting here my teeth are not even touching so how am I clenching? I will not be returning and I say read the reviews before coming in to make your determination if this is the facility you want treating you because you might just leave with more problems then you came with. Original Review: I wanted to find a dentist that was closer to my home so I chose Bright Now! And I got so much more. Not only is the services provided excellent but everyone is absolutely friendly and amazing! I felt so comfortable warm and cozy and just overall welcomed! This is the experience you want to have when you go to the dentist!

The dentist seems nice-- the scheduling is not great-- if you're a new patient, it's really easy to get in at a convenient time. As a new patient you can easily book online with lots of times available. As an existing patient, you have to call to make an appointment and there are far less times available. I have tried booking 6 months in advance to get the times I wanted, but those appointments don't seem to get saved in the system. It was nearing the time that I had scheduled an appointment for and I received a reminder in the mail that I needed to book an appointment. This was odd because I had already booked an appointment 5 months prior; so I called to check and my appointment wasn't in the system. This has happened twice. I'm going to give them one more chance, but will move on if the scheduling is still not figured out.
