A scam. Staff being friendly is the only redeeming quality. I was there expecting a routine cleaning, and the doctor told me I had to do a filling and I needed a deep cleaning, immediately went to numb my gums without any warning. After the deep cleaning, I could still feel tartar on some of my teeth but they went and started to polish before they even picked off my tartar which is kind of a red flag for me. Not to mention, I was there at 9 when it was supposed to open - no lights were on, I waited 10 minutes and left and called a little later to see if they are open, they are (people probably didn't get there yet). I'm not sure if they knew what they were doing but it felt like a very unprofessional experience over all. Procedures felt pushed and I was charged for somethings I didn't need.

The receptionist, hygenist, and x ray tech were kind, but the dentist was not the friendliest and told me I had TWELVE cavities. I had never had any tooth pain so I was very confused. I went to a different dentist at another practice to follow up, and he said I had only one cavity. My cleaning at my new dentist was also a much more pleasant experience, so I will not be returning to Sunrise. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I wish I had not come to this business and felt the results of my exam were misleading. Again, the rest of the staff was very nice, just didn't understand where the dentist was coming from. I hope this does not continue to happen to others!

The front desk folks are fine but the dentist/hygienists were pushy with cosmetic treatments even after I said I wasn't interested. They also identified a bunch of issues my previous dentist had never mentioned, which seems suspicious.

One of the most enjoyable dental experiences I’ve had. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I was surprised how well the hygienist and dentist were willing to listen to any feedback I had. I felt very comfortable from the start and I have trust in the recommended treatment I received.
