"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the diagnostic approach at this practice. I was originally told I required five fillings. After having three completed, I transitioned to a new dentist who informed me that my remaining teeth required no intervention. This discrepancy suggests that the original treatment plan was unnecessary. Given the high costs charged by this office, I am concerned that clinical recommendations are being influenced by financial gain rather than patient need."

I have been a patient of Dr. Marie Durflinger for over 10 years. I appreciate her thoroughness when planning for the wellbeing of your teeth. She took amazing care of mother who was close to 90 at the time. Her staff is professional and caring. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my short term or long term dental care.

I have been with Marie from the beginning at Auburn Family Dental. And now my grandkids go to her. Makes that 22 years. She sets the bar high. When we moved back to AZ, I still came back for repairs and cleaning. Now I drive from Everett. I will always be her patient and friend.

Dr. Marie is simply the BEST!! She is always so professional and gentle, and the staff is so friendly and treats you like family! Chanell is awesome! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and would give them 10-stars if I could!

More than two decades ago, after several disappointing experiences with another dentist, I took a leap of faith and headed to Auburn Family Dental. I was blown away by how comfortable the environment of the office was and the level of care from the front desk and office team to the hygienists to the dental assistants to Dr. Durflinger herself. After almost ten years of great dental services, I moved to New York City. I searched for a new dentist, but never found anyone who could compare. Then, after a decade in the Big Apple, I returned to the Auburn area. I knew I absolutely wanted to reestablish care with Auburn Family Dental. I'm so glad to be back with their considerate, thorough, collaborative, passionate, and outstanding team. My gums are happy, my teeth are feeling nurtured and looking great, and my confidence in my care has been restored.

Dr. Marie Durflinger has been with me through every step of me and my family’s dental journey! With her meticulous work ethic and eye to detail, I would not want it any other way. Everyone at Auburn Family Dental is pleasantly helpful and good-natured with all age groups. A special shout out to Diane who graciously answers my many dental insurance questions, and to Kelli who greets me with a smile and assures I’ve set my next appointment. Each dental hygienist is top notch and delivers high quality care every visit. The entire staff is warm with a friendly work environment they have established over the years working together. I feel a very relaxed fun vibe, which you don’t come by very often at dental offices. They are the best!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Durflinger and her staff. I had not been to a dentist in some time and when I walked in for the first time I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. It put me at ease right away. You know you are in good hands when you learn that the staff has been together for many years. It says a great deal about the employer. The care I have received has been exceptional.
