Auburn Avenue Dental

All these positive reviews make me wonder whether the owner deletes negative reviews. This place mainly seems to cater to older and retired patients. The receptionist, Robin, was the worst part of my experience. She gets her work done, but her attitude toward coworkers is extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she speaks to the team comes across as bossy and demanding, which negatively affects the work environment. Interestingly, her attitude changes immediately when speaking to the doctor, so I wonder if the doctor is even aware of how she treats others. The office also feels very outdated, with equipment from the 1990s (I saw the label). The place is not very organized, and one thing that especially stood out to me was that Robin uses white-outs on the pricing sheet, which made it feel untrustworthy. I didn’t have any major dental work done there (such as fillings or extractions), so I'm not sure if the dentists here are high skilled.

I've been at this dentist office for 4 years. I've received many dental services here with positive results, including an implant. The dentist & her staff are very competent & consciencent. They consider costs as well. I thank them all for their good work.

Clean office, great staff. The receptionist Robin is wonderful. I had to have many extractions done. Dr Dipti worked with me on a plan. She is sincere and asked how I was often. She's the only dentist able to give me a dental block without a lot of pain. I healed very well

Dr Srivastava, Robin, Mia, Selma are all great and do good work. I wish dentistry was less expensive, but what are you going to do? I've been a patient a long time and don't see any reason to leave, even though there are many dentists closer to my home.
