Hands down one of the best dental offices in Atlanta! The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and communicates exceptionally well. They take the time to explain everything clearly, from treatment procedures to billing, making the entire experience stress-free and transparent. What truly sets this office apart is their personalized approach to dental care. Unlike many practices that offer a one-size-fits-all cleaning, they tailor cleanings based on your specific dental needs, including specialized care for patients with veneers. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients. If you’re looking for a dental office that provides excellent care, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely adore this office. They were all incredibly kind, intentional about timing (they were aware I was there over a work leave, and therefore only had a set window to complete the appointment), and made sure I was informed on everything that was happening as the appointment moved along. The most refreshing dentist experience ever.

I’ve been a patient at Westside Dental for a little under a year and am incredibly grateful I found this practice. I was so spoiled growing up with a phenomenal dentist (shoutout Dr. Stovie), and have tried several dentists in Atlanta since moving here over 10 years ago. Dr. Cole and his team are so friendly and professional. Every cleaning and procedure has been done with a great deal of care and they are so gentle! I have had so much work done on my teeth over the years and I feel so comfortable here. I had to get the dreaded crown and the entire experience was as comfortable as it could have been. Shoutout Stacy for taking great care of me. I felt very taken care of throughout the whole process. Everything is very easy and runs smoothly; I haven’t had any weird issues over a handful of appointments. They are very good at what they do and all around great people. 10/10 — I cannot recommend this practice enough!

The positives: great location, clean, chic, generally friendly staff; very friendly hygienists, some of them are very gentle, which is a HUGE plus. The negatives: Scheduling is a nightmare. No option to reschedule or cancel appointments on the website— only make additional appointments. Rescheduling and canceling are therefore done via phone/SMS. If you have a day job, this is very inconvenient. Also, while the hygienists are friendly, one of them is TOO friendly. He made inappropriate comments about my name and even worse, my tongue. He also made a comment about my address not even 2 minutes into appointment. I tried my best to ignore the comments and focus on other topics in order to get through with my long-overdue cleaning, but I wanted to rush out of there immediately. I think the hygienists shouldn't have access to patient addresses—they have absolutely no need to see that information. Only billing/admin should be able to access them. I've been here several times, but that marked the first time I was so uncomfortable.

The staff is really great here! My hygienist was super personable and funny. He was VERY thorough too! Like probably more thorough than any other cleaning I've ever had. They're not super pricey and getting appointments isn't crazy tough. They were able to get my next appointments set quickly and on the days I needed them with no issues. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! Parking is pretty easy and it's a very convenient location.

I’m thrilled to have found Westside Dental in my neighborhood. The staff was incredibly welcoming when I entered. I had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm, but I arrived a bit early. Surprisingly, I was able to be seen even earlier. Soreya and Dr. Cole provided excellent care throughout my visit. I’m looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Westside dental has been a dream come true for our family. They are efficient, competent, kind/gentle, easy to access and accept our kids Medicaid. The whole family goes and we all love it. Seeing a local dentist who works in their own neighborhood is super cool.
