I didn’t know what to expect exactly but the whole experience literally from the easy to find location to the super simple parking all the way to the check in and whole exam was beyond my expectations. I was immediately greeted upon arriving and taken straight back to start X-rays. From there straight to the chair for my exam. Everyone was very friendly and filled the building with the absolute best energy and vibes. There was no sitting around waiting in the waiting room or even in the back. I was in and out literally in like 30 minutes. Paperwork, X-rays, exam… all done very fast yet still very thorough. I have already recommended it to a couple of friends and my appointment was only less than 24hrs ago!!!

Staff was very friendly and caring. I felt like I had been coming there for years and this was my first visit. This made me so comfortable with having my needs attended too at a clinic. I recommend everyone!

This clinic is extremely top-of-the-line! My experience was excellent in every way! Patients are treated with the upmost respect from the reception area, treatment and quality of care cannot be topped! The respect they give you is phenomenal! You cannot tell that this is a free clinic!

All I’ve done so far was the new Patient exam, but the staff are the kindest, most caring and sweetest people ever. From The receptionist, To the doctor, Everyone was so kind. It really means a lot because coming in I didn’t know what to expect and my dental issues are so Severe, But they made a plan right away and I felt comfortable and I know I’ll be taking care of 💕 Thank you Ben Massell dental clinic 💕

First one to say, I am grateful for the people at The Ben Massell Dental Clinic.. They always take really good care of me.. And try to keep me informed about my teeth.. I don’t have many of them in the back, but I have all my front teeth and they are helping me to keep them and I am grateful for that.. I want to tell the hollow entire team. Thank you for being so welcoming!! Love you guys 😍
