Had a great experience at Laser Dentistry today. Dr. Frist was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Sarah is great...she made the cleaning comfortable and easy. Miriam was super efficient with setup and X-rays and Lia helped keep everything running smoothly and organized. The whole team was professional, friendly, and courteous. The cleaning was thorough but comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had such an amazing experience at laser dentistry. Katie at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She helped me update all my information and get checked in very smoothly. My dental hygienist Tara called me back shortly after. She did my exam fairly quickly, explained my diagnosis with extreme details and made several recommendations for me at home. One of the best appointments I’ve had.

We have visited Dr. Nguyen for 20 years now. We have always been satisfied. Sarah did a great cleaning job today, very efficient and thorough. Katie was excellent with her communication while checking out.

Dr. Frist is the best! Going to the dentist is probably one of my least favorite things to do and she has made every experience that I’ve had there a positive one. And Katie at the front desk is always happy and a pleasure to work with.

I have been a patient here for about 6 years and have NEVER missed an appointment. Imagine my surprise when my appointment was canceled because I "didn’t confirm a text message." Not a phone call. Not an email. A text. When I asked why no one simply picked up the phone to call a long-term patient, the girl at the front desk told me they tried numerous times to send the text. That was the explanation. No accountability, no effort to actually solve the problem, and honestly the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. After being a loyal patient for years, this was extremely disappointing. How do you treat an established patient like this?

I have been calling around trying to find a dental office that’s takes my insurance. I called up to Laser dentistry and they don’t take my insurance but I spoke with Katie and she was amazing broke everything down helped me understand how to navigate my insurance. I had to leave a review. I will be switching my policy to become a patient. Thank u Laser Dentistry
