Gentle Dental Care

I really despise THE INCONVENIENCE of coming to this office BUT I really APPRECIATE how Miss Denise explained the process of Community Care to me after I had a complete meltdown in the chair when I was informed my order from the VA was incomplete. I am a service connected combat veteran who lost a lot of teeth while being deployed over 21 years. We deserve so much better. Again, thank you to Miss Denise from the front desk who helped calm my nerves by being SUPER caring and totally professional about my treatment plan.

I can only share in an abbreviated manner. The office staff was kind on the telephone. When my wife and I arrived for our visit we did not realize the office was downtown in the Atlanta area. I use a wheel chair and my wife is my caregiver. There was not any good place to park unless we would go to a pay parking lot across the street. The streets for parking had an incline. I decided that I did not want my wife to work the wheel chair and cross a busy street or take me up an incline in the wheel chair. The office did not have private parking. I cancelled the appointment on the telephone within a block of the dental office. We were there early and because of the traffic and parking I believed the experience would be uncomfortable. I must say, that a young office staff member on the telephone said she would come out and help with the wheel chair. This was kind and caring. I did not know who my doctor would be, I was going to go for a hygienist appointment. I apologize, my review is not to show disfavor with the Dental Office, only the environment of traffic and parking. The appointment was for eleven in the morning. Good day for all. I had an outstanding experience at Gentle Dental in Midtown! From the moment I walked in, the entire office displayed top-tier professionalism while still creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency and genuine care so well. The staff was incredibly detailed when explaining my treatment plan. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, clearly outlining what was happening and why. I never felt rushed or pressured just informed and confident in the care I was receiving. You can tell this office values both excellence and patient comfort. The environment is welcoming, organized, and truly patient-focused. So far, so good! I went in for a consult and had such a great experience. The receptionist at the front desk was AMAZING, so patient and sweet. The dental assistant was also incredibly friendly and kind, which made everything feel smooth and completely stress-free. Dr. Maria was wonderful: straight to the point, very clear, and helped create a solid roadmap for my dental journey. I honestly feel confident and am actually looking forward to getting all of the work done!

I go here for routine exams and cleanings. I like that it doesn’t feel commercialized and sterile. Everyone that works here is pleasant. They accept my dental insurance. Everything is smooth and easy, in and out with no issues every time. I’ve recommended Gentle Dental to my friends that also live in the area and they’re all happy as well!

Dr. Albert Lee is an incredibly nice, kind, and caring dentist. He makes every dental visit a great experience and always helps me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate his professionalism and compassionate approach.

Excellent professionalism and service. Hannah did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning. I felt welcomed throughout my entire appointment. Dr Kwak, Hannah, and the patient coordinators/receptionist took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly. They answered my questions concisely.
