Lugar limpio y aparentemente adecuado. Pero en lugar de dar las citas de seguimiento al salir te dan instrucciones de coordinar por teléfono, nadie contesta tratas de sacar la cita en su página web, sin respuestas, al pasar dos semanas te envían mensajes de textos cancelando "la cita". Cuál? Y ahora después de tres meses envían el billing de algo pagado por el plan médico…???

I had a great first experience at this dental office! The office was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my visit. I also appreciated their excellent time management. I was seen promptly and the appointment flowed smoothly without feeling rushed. Overall, the entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m happy to have found a dental office I can trust and feel comfortable at!

Collier Hills Dental was very nice, helpful, knowlegedable I felt welcome. The front desk ladies were sweet and welcoming and so was the dental team they went into action quickly for me. I will be coming back and making this my permanent dentist. Thank you guys so much for the help!

Friendly & professional staff. Dr. Schoettler is great! Very thorough, knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything. They are very helpful with assisting with insurance coverage questions.

I went here for the first time and liked it! I got full mouth x-ray at my last dentist, and was not able to get them here. I let them know that up front and they worked with me to make sure everything we did was covered under my insurance. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room, which I appreciated. I will be going back!

My experience at Collier Hills Dental was extremely pleasant. Dr. Siva and his team are very professional, very kind, and very gentle. My filling was painless, fast, and effective. I also was fitted for a night guard to protect my teeth from grinding at night. I highly recommend anyone who needs dental work to visit Collier Hills Dental! 😀

BEWARE OF FRIVOLOUS MEDICAL PROCEDURE COSTS: I recently had a new patience visit here. I got the standard new patient xrays, however, they did NOT inform me that one of the xrays that they were doing was not covered by my insurance. This type of xray can only be covered every 5 years. THEY KNOW THIS. THIS IS COMMON INSURANCE COVERAGE. Other dental offices will ask you if you've had one done recently and they will let you send them the xray from a previous office. They did not ask me about this or ask for consent to do this xray ahead of time. When I called and spoke with the office manager she stated that since they already did the xray they will not remove the charge. She said that it is NOT in their standard practice to inform patients ahead of time regarding this particular type of xray, but rather its required in their office. This type of practice is NOT necessary, otherwise insurance would cover it and I have never had another office require this. If you are considering this dental office, then I HIGHLY recommend you choose another one that is more upfront and transparent with their business practices.
