Took my money and it has been months! NOTHING!! Paid in full first visit!! NEVER AGAIN!! Dr. Baker went MIA!!! They have reached out to me. They are resolving the issue. The business and staff 10 out of 10! If you see Dr. Baker… Run! Thank you! I apologize to the staff. I have been treated with Grace and empathy.

My wife had a scheduled appointment to get her teeth cleaned and I called at the last minute and asked if they could get me in on the same day. They were kind enough to give me a cancellation and we were seen at the same time and on the same day! The hygienist I had was great and did a fantastic job! The new dentist was really thorough and I appreciate him checking my mouth for cancers and other possible dental problems.

Wonderful experience with every staff member! From front desk, to check out, you feel welcome. Assistants and Dr Deathridge never make you feel insecure about your teeth, which is an A+ to me❤️. Thank you for no vile comments! I have heard many people tell me other local dentists have said mean things to them. I always tell them to chevk out Your office!

They were the nicest people i have seen. Building very clean and almost cozy. The dentist who worked with me he never hurt me he was awesome I would refer any one to go there

I absolutely LOVE the staff! And Dr. Baker. However, you answering service is hurting you. You're not getting your messages. You paying for a service that's hindering your business. Ask the girls, they helplessly listened to my rant, because THEY can't help me if THEY aren't getting any of my messages. If I didn't love THEM so much I'd walk away and tell everyone that I know.... Righteous anger, with a little emotion because I love Valley Smiles. And the people making these decisions need to know that this is going on. Okay, I'm done

Highly recommend. Polite staff and clean office. Got me in with zero noticed and took great care of my teeth. From what I understood Dr.Baker is leaving so I will say , not sure how it’ll go after that. Never had a dentist as solid as that guy!

My first visit was today. Employees were so nice and the doctor was awesome. I highly recommend this dentist office. They really care about your dental needs and its not all about running the price up. Awesome dentist office.
