I’d like to start by saying that Dr. Zoobi has been my dentist for several years, and overall I’ve had positive experiences here, including a successful Invisalign journey and thorough biannual cleanings. That said, during my most recent visit, there was a significant breakdown in communication and scheduling. I experienced multiple long waits with no updates, and ultimately no care was provided during that appointment. It was frustrating, especially given that this has been a reliable office for me in the past. What prompted me to update this review is how seriously the office took responsibility afterward. The staff reached out to apologize, and the office manager personally delivered a handwritten note and apology, which is something I’ve never experienced from a medical practice before. Their response showed genuine accountability and care. While the visit itself was disappointing and gave me pause, I appreciate how the situation was handled once it was brought to their attention. No place is perfect, but how an office responds when things go wrong matters. I hope this feedback helps the practice continue improving.

Very clean dental clinic with professional staff. Dr. Zoobi will advise you with the best treatment that should be done. The positive rate isn’t a fake but it’s fact and you will realize that by yourself when you visit it.

I need to leave review for the Elements Dental of NY I have been using their services in a row for one 1 year. I had to do few crowns, fillings and cleaning. This is the best dental crew ever I have visited. Firs of all, ladies at the front desk Lynnette and Sade are the most polite and always very helpful! Dr. Zoobi is very gentle and professional dentist with proven experience. Always willing to help patient, to listen and to give the best advice and recommendation ! Dr Melissa is also dentist at Dr.Zobi office and let me tell you: She did all work with my teeth and she has done it PERFECTLY ! Always gentle, caring, very profesional ! Before ordering my crowns she was triple checking everything !😃 the same while she was putting it on my teeth. I haven’t seen ( so far ) such a DETAIL and PROFESIONAL dentist like Melissa! Their assistance : Angelina and Leandro are very kind, super helpful and patient during all process! I need to mention Hector- the gentleman who is working as hygienist - After his cleaning I have found out how white my teeth are! He’s just doing amazing job, the best hygienist so far!
