I'll be honest, I've always been nervous about going to the dentist. But my experience here completely changed that. The doctor was incredibly gentle and patient, taking the time to explain everything before he did it and checking in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed or anxious. If you're someone who dreads the dentist like I used to, I can't recommend this place enough.

Honestly this was a completely different experience than I have ever had. After having a terrible experience at Zoe dental in Asheville the staff here really were compassionate and caring. I actually felt like I have known these people for years. I’m truly grateful in a time when healthcare can be somewhat complicated that there are still professionals who treat people like people. It’s scary to go to the dentist and I wasn’t nervous or uncomfortable chatting with my new friends about my care. The Dentist was so thorough and noticed and make recommendations for things that were not caught previously. The admin staff were exceptional and friendly which walking in is important as they are the face of the practice. Their policies on cancellations are fair which I can’t say for the previous office I was at. The dental assistant was so knowledgeable and welcoming. I will get my husband in to see them as soon as I can and tell everyone if you go here you will be treated like a person, have a very thorough exam, and knowledgeable staff.

I'm a dental chicken who is always very concerned when i'm transferring to a new dentist. From my first call to Reynolds Mountain Dentistry I felt heard, considered and cared for. I had a crown fall out while I was out of town and not only was this a first visit, but I needed help ASAP! I was treated like a VIP client and luckily they were able to find a spot for me very quickly. What a relief! Dr. Henkla and his entire team were nothing short of amazing. They talked me through things step by step and the whole experience went off without a hitch. 5 stars 🌟 out of 5! Not only were they able to help me with my emergency, but now ive got a new dentist i trust and feel like I can relax with. I'd highly recommend this practice, this Dentist and this team. Thank you.

I recently had a Bridge implanted by my dentist in my hometown, but I was in Weaverville For work for a week and was having excruciating pain at the site of the bridge. At the recommendation of my client I contacted this office. Considering I was not a patient and did not live in the area, I did not expect to be seen immediately, especially since it was 1 o’clock in the afternoon, but they told me to come right then. The assistant’s name was Jessica and she listened to my issues and my fear of the sensitivity being intensified with the water and air and passed that information along to the dentist. All they ended up having to do was adjust the bite on my bridge, but let me tell you what out of all of the dental work that I have had done over the last 40 years this office was the best in listening to my concerns and fears. The level of compassion was unbelievable and left an impression I won’t forget. I’ve even considered just switching to them for all my needs, even though they are 2 hours from my house! Can’t thank these guys enough!

I called Reynolds Mountain dentistry an hour prior to their closing for New Years with a loose front tooth implant! Dr Hankla was able to attend to me and kept the office open later than normal closing to ensure he had time to secure my crown back. It looks fantastic! He and his team went above and beyond…thank you!
