Attempted to call at exactly 8am first Friday of the month. After clicking 1 for new patient, every single time it immediately said all agents are busy and prompted me for voicemail. Decided to call the non-new patient line and instantly got to speak with a human that told me they are pausing new appointments until August. Would be nice to have that information either on the website or have the phone tree tell me that instead of just hanging up on me

All my visit were good until I got crowns. I called for 3 weeks explaining I was coming into town and needed to be seen. I was told Dr Grouse or whatever her name with get in touch . I waited and waited. Im in town still haven't heard anything.. idk how hard it is to pick up a phone and call your patient you done work on to see how they can help!!!!

I called the first Friday of the month like I've done for the past couple of months for new patients. I was on hold for over an hour just for my call to be dropped. I then call again just to be told they were filled for the month to try again next month. It's the same thing every month. I will not be trying again next month. I will find elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and usually see different dentists as the residents graduate every couple of years. Recently, I had a few fillings done by Dr. Rule and dental assistant Tas, and it was by far the best care I’ve received so far. They were professional, attentive, and made the whole experience comfortable. The clinic can be busy, but once you’re established, the level of care is excellent. Would highly recommend coming here for your dental care.

I've tried twice on the first Friday of the month to see about getting established as a new patient. I start calling a couple minutes before 8 am, and get the office closed message. Today, 2/6, I got placed into a holding queue about 2 mins. after 8, after repeat calling and getting a busy signal. I held, waiting to speak to someone until 9 am, when the queue dropped the call. Very frustrating.

I've made phone calls trying to get my daughter who is a mahec medical patient in to be seen because her regular dentist is wanting her to go there but it's impossible to get through the automated system and I've called several times from the day before the first of the month up to the 6th of the month I've left messages without call backs I'm not sure how this place gets any decent reviews it's not patient friendly n I literally hate talking to AI or automated systems I'm not going to leave anymore messages if I can't get a call back then your not worth my time n energy my whole family is mahec patients if you can't get off the butt n give my family some respect I'll take everyone somewhere else..... My wife had a referral to here n the receptionist gave my wife a card with her time to come back when we showed up to the appointment the time on the card it was not the right time or date n they treated her like crap even though she had the card in hand that said time and date from mahec dental office wasn't right n refused to rectify the problem n then refuse to see her at all if that's how you do patients you sure don't need to be in business if you do my daughter the same way I'll be making complaints with the insurance company about how you do people.....
