Keating Dental

I’ve been a patient here for about two years and have had great experiences each visit. Dr. Keating really takes his time to ensure nothing gets missed and I appreciate that. The dental techs have all been very sweet, and whenever I’ve had questions about billing, that’s been an easy process too. Highly recommend.

By far the best dentist care I’ve had. I have extreme anxiety going to the dentist and the entire team at Keating dental are so compassionate and kind. Dr. Keating gives great care and service paying attention to all the little details. I never feel rushed; he always takes the time to explain everything about my dental health. I cannot recommend them enough. I always know I am well taken care of when coming here.

I am a new patient that recently had to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. There is nothing gentle about this procedure but even so Dr. Keating has a incredibly gentle touch. Because one of my teeth had a infection it ended up taking more time than anticipated but at no point did Dr. Keating try to rush and made sure that I was ok through every step of the process. Even with my teeth being in as bad a shape as they were he made the extractions completely painless and in my opinion Dr Keating is meant to be in the field of healing. The staff has been very kind and helpful to both me and my wife and you can tell that everyone their has care for what they do. I've seen a few reviews that mentioned having to wait passed appointment times but if your procedure requires more time than anticipated you won't pushed through haphazardly or have pain caused because they're trying to get to the next patient.

Dr Keating and his entire staff are pleasant and detail oriented. Dr Keating is empathetic and honest. He is a professional with integrity. I moved 3 hours away and remain a loyal patient of Keating Dental.

Long story short. Another dentist insisted I needed a crown on a filled tooth that wasn't bothering me. I said okay. That was December 2021. I went back to that dentist five times with pain and all he could suggest was a root canal. I moved back to Asheville and went to two different dentists offices. I saw four different dentists in those offices and one sent me to an Endodontist who said I did NOT need a root canal. Somehow I managed to find my way to Dr. Keating. I have been unable to eat without pain for 2.5 years. I shared all of that with Jamie (dental tech) and after a wonderful (no pain/no drama) cleaning, she brought Dr. Keating in. In less than 15 minutes, he completely solved the problem! I couldn't believe it. Now, my bite is normal. I can chew with both sides of my mouth and have no pain or discomfort. I am truly grateful to have found a dental tech and dentist who LISTENED to what I was saying, took the time to examine without judgment, and then CORRECTED the problem. In addition, Kim at the front desk was very welcoming and the office itself is clean and welcoming. For someone who has a deep fear of dentists, I hope I never have to go to a different office again. I can't recommend Keating Dental enough!

I am a new patient with Dr. Keating and I have anxiety when I have to go to the dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted today, and the Doctor and Assistant explained everything in detail to me and the work was stellar. I can first hand highly recommend this practice. I never felt anything uncomfortable through the whole experience. I will not have anxiety in the future and that says alot. I'm grateful.

Dr. Keating and his staff are terrific. From the minute i got there with a terrible toothache to the time i met with Dr. Keating i could not have been treated more professionally. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone wanting the best care
