I have been going to Arvada Dental Excellence for many years. I’ve moved a bit further away, but still choose to take the extra time to go here because it’s been the best experience of all dentist trips my entire life. I usually have a lot of anxiety around dental work, but their practice has always made me feel a lot more comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and aware of the patient to make it as easy as possible. I never have to wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes at most, which is also super great (other places I’ve had to wait 30-60 mins before, quite regularly too). Overall, always a great experience and I appreciate them. 10/10 recommend!

I have had generally good experiences with this office over the years. Dr. Kammer is a great dentist and very good with making me feel comfortable. However I was disappointed with a recent visit for a filling where Dr. Kammer handed me off to a dental assistant after drilling out a cavity to complete the filling. I did not know he would not be completing the whole procedure and the assistant was rather rough with my teeth, banging metal tools against my other teeth and making me very uncomfortable. I also have no idea who this person was or what their experience level is. There was no introduction or explanation and I could not talk or ask questions as there were implements in my mouth since I was halfway through a filling. Not listed as a dentist on their website. My mouth is still sore and swollen after all of that. I realize my procedure was not a high ticket item but I have been going here because I trust Dr. Kammer and if I can’t know who will be working on my teeth I will look elsewhere for dental work. After years of visits, this one was not great, but everything had been good before this.

I am so happy I found Arvada Dental Excellence. I took my teen daughters in and honestly you never know what you’re going to get with a new provider, but EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. We had to leave at a specific time and they worked hard to make that happen. Most importantly my daughters loved their hygienists and the office. Both women explained everything clearly to me and double checked that I was okay with what they wanted to do during the appointment. My girls left happy and talking about the good time they had… yes, that actually happened!! Exceptional dental practice!

My first experience at Arvada Dental Excellence was absolutely exceptional. Very pleasant building, rooms and vibe, kind and attentive staff, fabulous hygienist and clear and communicative dentist. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually looking forward to getting a crown next visit.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won’t be returning. Clear communication and accountability matter, and this office fell short on both. Edit: Updating my review based on the business’s response. To provide more context — during my visit, I asked three separate times for clarification on exactly what I was purchasing, and I still did not receive clear answers. I also voiced my concerns when I went back into the office to pick up my purchase and felt the response I received was essentially, "it is what it is," which was disappointing. I was also then made aware for the first time what the price would have been given what I thought I was purchasing. It’s frustrating to now be asked to call and explain further after already raising these concerns in person and in this review. The response itself indicates that my concern was understood, as it acknowledges the need for clearer documentation. Additionally, the invoice I received contained no detailed breakdown of what I was paying for. I’m also disappointed that while policy changes are being mentioned publicly, my specific concerns still have not and will not be resolved.

New to ADE and am thrilled to have found them! Lia was fantastic with my cleaning, X-rays and prep for Dr Ganong, as well as being a great person. Dr Ganong was thorough and genuine. They have given me peace of mind having an awesome place to come for all my dental needs. 😊
