Thank you Dr. Kim and staff you all made my first visit a wonderful experience. The front office staff made me feel welcomed even through my paperwork questions. Emilee, your Dental Assistant made me feel so at ease, that whatever she needed to get done to complete my exam so Dr. Kim could come in and do what he needed, I cooperated willingly. Really liked her demeanor and professionalism and because of that, I could relax through my whole visit. Dr. Kim focused on what I mentioned I would appreciate having done first, before we do what he discovers that needs to be done so I can have a healthy mouth again. Thank you very much for everything. Financially, they have several options. Give them a chance to take care of your dental needs.Aloha🌺

I received very satisfying treatment at Sound Dental Solutions. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff made the entire visit easy and comfortable- Thank you! Dr. Kim is gentle and kind. His entire staff is professional and courteous. Our family is happy to have found this practice so close to home in Arlington. Atmosphere clean, warm, and welcoming.

Stay Away from this Dental office and be warned. He is a terrible and dishonest dentist. He has no idea what he's doing. He doesn't even know what Perio Maintenance teeth cleaning is, and spent perhaps just twenty minutes on my teeth for $250! He doesn't genuinely care about his patients. He had an attitude right when I came in. He refused to do scaling and planing and would only use the CaviTron when that is never sufficient to clean my teeth. A proper and professional Perio Maintenance cleaning always involves Scaling and Planing and very little use of the CaviTron. Once he knew that I had a poor cleaning, and I politely asked to have the areas where he was insufficient, he refused to see me to finish the job appropriately. Perhaps he doesn't know how to clean teeth. If he can't clean teeth, why would you trust him with anything else? And so, another dentist who feels Dr. Kim did a poor job, why would Dr. Kim not want to talk to him to get another opinion? Dr. Kim only spent 20 minutes on my teeth, if he was honest and knew I was unhappy, he would at least give me a 50% refund. I now have to pay another $250 to get my teeth appropriately cleaned. I will be reporting Dr.Kim to the Washington state attorney general.

I had a great experience this week at Sound Dental Solutions with Dr. Kim. I went in for a teeth cleaning and fillings, and everything went extremely well. Dr. Kim was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The cleaning was very thorough, and the fillings were done smoothly with great attention to detail. The whole visit was stress-free, and my teeth feel and look great. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and Sound Dental Solutions to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

This was an emergency appointment I was feeling overwhelmed and the dental assistant was very nice and understanding. I was very impressed with Dr. Kim and staff they made me feel at ease. They explain my dental plan on what my insurance would cover and what I was responsible to pay out of pocket. They were very helpful and I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a good dentist.

As you enter the place, it gives you a feeling of peacefulness and relaxation. The staff is friendly and professional. The cleaning was done by Dr Kim. His assistant finished the polishing and floss. I noticed that both were meticulously doing their jobs without causing pain. I have gone to other places, and it feels like they are taking off little pieces of your gums with the instruments. The thought of going to the dentist makes me very anxious, and adding pain to the experience is just sad. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a place clean, relaxing and gentle hands for your oral care. Dr Kim explained all the x-rays. Let me tell you, he listened to my concerns and made a care plan for us to follow. Please find someone else if you think that you are not receiving the care you deserve.
