I-20 Family Dental

I-20 Family Dental restored my comfortability in being in a dental chair again! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Lacy was my dental hygienist. As I sat down, I gave some context to why I hadn't been back to a dentist in over 3 years, she was so gracious with her time. She took the time to explain the why behind everything she was doing and made sure I was good every step of the visit. It was thorough in a great way. Got to meet Dr. Steve towards the end of my cleaning, and chatted with Kayla at the front desk about our kids as I was getting scheduled for my next visit. It makes a big difference when you can tell that people matter to a practice. Way to go, y'all. If you're looking for a welcoming neighborhood dentistry, I-20 Family Dental is your spot!

This is the most fantastic and skilled dentist I have ever been too. The office staff is wonderful. Donna has cleaned my teeth for nearly 20 years and doesn't skip a beat or cut a corner. Kayla is always extremely helpful...even when I am extremely forgetful...or miss a date or something..ugh. They are great!! I get so many compliments on my teeth and I love them! These are the real teeth of a 52 yr old man! Not too mention the awesome shape my cleanings keep my gums in. I am a bit of a teeth grinder and had a few edges replaced which are barely detectable. I also got my mouth guards there and they fit like a glove. I take them everywhere. I mountain bike and wear a snap on hard guard when riding. I have had a few falls and never a problem. Man..I love my teeth and MY dental team that keeps them great!!!!

I've been going to I-20 Family Dental for years and have had nothing but a good experience. Dr. Wardlaw is a fantastic dentist, he and his hygienists always have your best interests in mind. They never try to up-sell you anything. They're always ready for me at my scheduled appointment time, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone there is pleasant and friendly.

Love this dentist office! My family has been going here for over 15 years! Their receptionist Kayla is charming and friendly and has been my best friend for over 10 years! Dr. Wardlaw and the rest of the staff are fun, friendly answering personable and make coming to the dentist SO much fun! And they have cookies.

Dr. Wardlaw is the best dentist I know and although I sometimes feel it’s expensive, I don’t really trust anyone else. I had some big issues and he was there to fix it without breaking my bank account. I’m very thankful to his staff they are very courteous and I really felt like I wasn’t being judged. I have a plan set out and although I’m kinda scared about what all needs to be done, I feel like I’m in good hands.

I have been a clinical specialist for over 24 years and not only practice but also teach to this day. I can honestly say DR. Wardlaw is a top clinician in his field . He is very attentive and DETAILED in his diagnosis with perfect delivery. Recently he performed my veneer placement and I could not be happier. I receive so many compliments beyond my expectations. He is my dentist for life.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wardlaw and his staff. They have set the bar high for their profession. Dr. Wardlaw is an excellent dentist. He is gentle and patient. His easygoing manner makes me forget that I am getting dental work done. I have tried to see another dentist that is closer to my home, but that was a horrible ex[erience. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Now I drive over 200 miles one way for my dental work, but its worth it!
