Today Dr Greene did a extràction for me. She is very kind amd compassionate, and had no problem w the extraction at all. I really appreciate all the wonderful staff who made me feel safe and cared for. Thank you so much. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about doing things right and not just rushing patients through. I needed to get a deep cleaning. Of course that means I get shots but I honestly didn’t even feel it this time. They made what’s normally an uncomfortable experience surprisingly easy and stress-free. Overall, I was very impressed and felt completely confident in the care I received. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Dr Ratcliff and Dr Greene are absolutely the best, nicest, most professional, not to mention the most honest, dentists I’ve been to. Thank you Dr. Greene for turning my Christmas eve nightmare frown upside down. After waking up Christmas eve morning with a terrible toothache and living in pain for two weeks, Dr. Greene removed that painful tooth with gentle, compassionate care. Dr. Greene and her staff explained each step of the procedure releiving any of my anxiety. To say I don't like needles may be an understatement and yet she was able to numb my mouth with very little discomfort. Thank you again Dr. Greene and staff for putting that smile back on my face! Dr. Greene and staff are excellent. Everyone is cheerful, polite, efficient & friendly. Almost no waiting time once you arrive. Dr. Greene is very concerned about patient comfort - from being comfortable in the chair to the actual procedure. The staff clearly explains what you will have done and keeps you updated during the procedure. On this visit I had the a cavity taken care of and got 2 temporary crowns and a bridge. I cannot stress enough how painless it all was. The work was done quickly - but not rushed. They clearly explained the after care. I cannot recommend this office more highly!
