Love the atmosphere, love the ladies and how friendly they all are and I love the fact they work with you with a payment plan. Chip (aka doc Mercer) is the best. I love this dental office. The people are incredible. Chandra, my hygienist, is awesome! The office staff is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have had. Run, don't walk, to this practice. They are the best, and you will want them to be your dental office for life!

I was greeted with a smile by Julie at the front desk. I was then introduced to Katie who did all my X-rays and did an initial assessment of my teeth. Katie explained everything to me beforehand which immediately made me feel at ease since I am apprehensive about dentists anyway. When the dentist came in, she greeted me by introducing herself and explained the " game plan" with warmness and professionalism. I give an overall of A+ to all these ladies at this office!

My orthodontist reccommended Fielder Park Dental for specialized tooth contouring. Both the dentist and assistant were superb. Very friendly and highly competent. I will definitely come back for more dental services!

I’m an anxious dental patient and ,as soon as I told that to the staff I was met with care and reassurance. Dr. Mercer took his time as well to make sure I was completely relaxed. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care.

Staff is great but followup on insurance claims and processing time is horrible. Along with communication. Got billed without a phonecall or txt or email. But had they processed the insurance properly the additional charge would have not been necessary. I had to call my insurance to reopen the claim because they didnt send in all the paperwork. My insurance did their part. Refilled the claim and got it pushed through. Fielder park Staff told me that insunace is a convenience 🤔. Meanwhile I am still waiting on my refund and the 3% they charged me for running my card. Which should have never happened had they done their job efficiently and sent in all the paperwork.
