Dr. Joseph Reed DMD MAGD

This was my first time at Arlington Dental and I must say this was one of the most pleasant and welcoming dental offices I have ever been to. From the front desk to the dental assistant. Dr .Reed was very informative and passionate about educating me on healthy teeth and dental hygiene. I went in for a toothache that had me in excruciating pain. Let’s just say I left with a smile on my face and no longer in pain. I will definitely be returning for other dental enhancements in the near future and I would recommend 10/10.

I was in need of an emergency root canal and was recommended to Dr Reed by my previous hygienist that I knew from my other office. They were able to squeeze me in and I was most grateful. The point that got me the most was the professional, gracious, and faith-based business they all operate together. I could tell everyone took ownership of their position and role within the Team. For me, the dentistry was second to how they made me feel from the moment I entered the building and even to this day. While Dr Reed is not my primary dentist (yet) I still recommend him to others. Now, the dentistry he and his staff did was perfect. I personally hate all the tools ⚒️ and hands in my mouth but they listened and respected how I felt and got the job done (without pain killers - so grateful!) I highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Reed is an excellent dentist!! I had to receive some treatment that I was nervous about and Dr. Reed was great. He is very patient and very kind. Really knows what he's doing! I don't like to take medicine or use any sort of medicine but Dr. Reed was able to explain everything to me and I was able to understand everything from how my treatment was going to be done to the recovery period.

Dr Reed and his assistant Carol treated me like no other dental office has before. They truly understood and cared about my dental phobia and the pain I was in. They were kind, patient and gentle. I plan on returning and having regular dental care from them from now on. I had an infected tooth and they started the root canal procedure and there was no pain. He was very patient to wait until we were certain I was completely numb and talked me through breathing exercises while doing the procedure. I am not nearly as frightened to go back for step two as I was last week. I highly recommend Dr Reed and his staff!

Dr. Read is very knowledgeable and thorough about each dental procedure that he performs. However, sometimes I feel that Dr. Reed talks to me in a very rushed manner when explaining the dental procedure that I need to have done. Overall, my experience at Arlington Dental has been very positive and pleasant. The staff is awesome!!

Arlington dental takes such good care of their patients. The staff is so nice and makes sure everything is explained before you commit to anything. They truly take time to make sure you're comfortable with the entire process and they make coming to the dentist less overwhelming. There are specials for new patients, so if you you have toothache pain this is a great place to check out!

I was nervous about finding a new dentist and feel really lucky this office is taking new patients. Everyone that helped me was so nice. The dental hygienist was especially gentle and explained everything as she was doing it. I highly recommend this team.
