Diamond Dental Care

Been coming here for almost 20 yrs, I've seen several dentists over the years. Currently have Dr Petty. Hope he's around a long time. He's so calming.

I’m so frustrated with my experience. I had been coming here for years to see the same hygienist. Last year my insurance changed and I wasn’t able to keep my appointment so I made another which is a year away. Fine. Then I called to give my insurance they said I was covered. I called my insurance they said I was covered by a particular dentist so I called again to make sure that was the dentist and they said yes we bill all work under that dentist. I then get told my hygienist isn’t available anymore I need to schedule with a different one, fine. I then get called day before my appointment asking me to come early. I arrive early to find out my insurance won’t work here. This whole experience is crazy. I only came here because I was already an established patient. I don’t even like it here! They don’t even know what they are doing with insurance. They give inaccurate information and could care less about wasting your time. I did everything right to still not get my cleaning done. I will not be back here regardless of my insurance in the future!

Dr. Kayla Scott and team are very knowledgeable! My family has had a variety of services done here at Diamond Dental. Before each procedure, the dentists take TIME to explain and time to let us ask questions. They are all Very kind and explain all options very clearly. It gives us so much peace!! They truly want what is best for the patient. I highly recommend any dentist here! Next, the dental hygienists are excellent! I would get my teeth cleaned once a month if insurance would pay. That’s how fabulous the hygienists are! They do not rush when cleaning your teeth. They are present and in the moment with you. I always feel like they are focused on my needs and not trying to get to the next patient in line. I feel special. And, I always feel so GOOD after a teeth cleaning! Highest rating possible for Diamond Dental !!

Had a root canal done at Diamond Dental last year (twice) and now spending $3000 to have it redone by a specialist this year after being examined by another dentist. Come to find out they did not follow proper procedures to keep out contamination, the crown was placed incorrectly and they also left part of a file in my tooth. The file now needs to be surgically removed. See posted X-ray.

The woman at the front desk (blonde with brown highlights) was incredibly rude and extremely patronizing. The front desk is the first place you are welcomed in, it is not supposed to be a hostile environment. I will be choosing a different office with a staff that is happy to help everyone and glad to be at work. On top of her absolutely disgusting and abhorrent attitude, she tried to shame me for having not been to the dentist. I was coming to the dentist to get help. People shouldn’t be shamed for trying to fix their problem.

Dentist seemed to be good when I went in however he referred me to an oral surgeon that wouldn’t take my insurance. They never sent me up with anyone else even though I called back to get someone even gave them the information to contact them never got any information back when I called the doctors office again they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about have a heart condition so the fact that they weren’t helping me was a problem due to the fact that you can have a heart attack from having a problem with your teeth. I will be seeing a different dentist. I think Dentist probably was good but if his staff isn’t doesn’t help you.

There was a wreck on the way to my morning appointment and I was only 10 minutes late, I drove in 50 minutes to make this appointment. I booked this appointment months and months out. The lady at the front desk was very rude and the staff was not accommodating at all. As someone who works in the healthcare field I am very disappointed by their lack of flexibility. They completely turned me away from my appointment. I will be finding another dental office.
