From beginning to end the staff is super nice and helpful. I’ve gone in for cleanings and a wisdom tooth extraction. My experiences at this location have been so wonderful and I definitely recommend! My kids are also patients and they also have good experiences. The staff and Drs are very good at explaining things. You can tell they all care about the patients. Dr. Joseph did my wisdom tooth extraction, for reference. I had minor bleeding and little pain compared to my other extractions at a different dental office.

I had an amazing experience bringing my son to get his teeth cleaned and filled. He had quite a few cavities and they took care of my son, as if they were his kid. Great atmosphere. Great customer service. Just Great all around. Friendly. Informative. Thanks Caress Dental

Came here in need of a cosmetic fix and Dr. Nguyen was able to get me cleaned and fixed in less than 2 hours. The staff was very professional and informative. Everyone was welcoming as well. Will definitely be coming back!

First off the staff…yes they are very friendly. The hygienists are nice/courteous. I brought my family here for a cleaning. My youngest had pain for two weeks after the cleaning. The oldest had issues as well. During my appointment it was issues with X-ray machinery; computer glitches happen. The other issue was it was my mistake having a grilled chicken burrito before my appointment didn’t have time to go brush or anything. So the dentist was saying I had all these cavities between my teeth which was inaccurate. I spent over an hour or more there, no cleaning, they wanted to reschedule me to come in another date for a deep cleaning to cut my gums which my husband was like nope! I agreed. Yes, I only tried this new dental place cause it was close to our neighborhood but in the end none of us were happy. They wasted my cleaning dental benefit which I had to go to another dental office to get my cleaning no issues.Nice staff just not the place for my family.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are extremely personable, effective, and efficient from scheduling to procedures. She provided solutions to dental problems I didn't even know were able to be solved. I am so happy to be in the care of her team and I can't recommend this dental practice enough!
