I had a routine cleaning scheduled and I was 6 months past due, after the initial check up dentist discovered that there were deep pockets in my gums and recommended deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is different from routine cleaning and required different prep, the office accommodated me and rescheduled me for that same day just a few hours later. I can’t thank them enough for moving schedules around and making sure I didn’t have to miss another day of work. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, Dr. Kathy you are surrounded by amazing people.
