Excellent service from the moment you walk & & leave. The staff & Dr. was very well organized & worked well together. Very professional atmosphere. I wasn’t at all nervous & the whole time the Dr. & the staff working with him explained each step that was taken. I had two root canal procedures done & it was with ease & didn’t hurt or take that long. I have recommended this place of business to others. Not to just family & friends, also strangers because somehow we got on the subject of where to find a good dentist. Thanks for the calm experience & most of all giving me my Smile back.

We had a great experience at Bright Dental AH LLC. The clinic is very clean, and the staff are friendly, patient, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. What truly impressed us was Dr. Misbah Uddin’s professional skill. My daughter had a slightly deformed wisdom tooth, and we were worried the extraction might be difficult. To our surprise, Dr. Uddin removed it smoothly in less than 30 seconds. His technique and confidence were amazing 👍 Highly recommend this dental clinic!

They did my cleaning incorrectly. Cleanings should be done in 2 appointments left side of mouth and right side of mouth. They separated cleaning top/bottom of mouth which can cause more damage than help. I addressed the issue and they had no idea they did it wrong because it was written down that it was done the right way. On a separate occasion I booked appt over the phone. They had no record of me scheduling. I called in to speak to a manager regarding my concerns. I was put on hold for them to come back and tell me the manager was not available because I had reached the answering service call center & the office was closed. Why was I put on hold first then ? Also the same person answered when I called. I’ve never called a call center and got the same person ! Plus the website said it wa open !

Let me tell you this is the best dental office there is in the tri state area I went it for wisdom teeth removal, I was scared at first but Dr Syed and his assistant Zain helped me understand the procudere. I walked in at 9 am and Syed removed all 4 wisdom teeth in less than 15 minutes! The numbing procedure was as smooth as can be and I experienced no pain. The entire staff is also amazing!

I couldn’t be more dissatisfied in the service I received. I got two dental implants done with Dr. Syed and as soon as everything was done, the 2 teeth that was ordered was not the correct sizing it Was totally off he assured me that we would be able to fix it. He said that he would get the lab guy in to take a look at it. I waited a few months for them to reach out to me and didn’t hear back so I reached out and they told me that they would let me know when they had a few other patients that needed to see the lab So that they didn’t have to pay him to come out just for one person so I stayed patient and I waited When the lab guy came in, he told me that they do not save the impression so they have to order a new one And that they will let me know when they’re in so I waited still didn’t hear anything so I reached out and at that point the receptionist said the Doctor said that they are not going to be doing anything further I was completely caught off guard I felt like there was a misunderstanding, maybe they mistaken me for another person but after a few calls, it was most definite that Doctor was going back on his word It’s such a shame I am a single mom who saved for years to have this done and to be treated so poorly is beyond.
