There have been many changes at this office over the last few years, and this last change is definitely for the better! I can't say enough good things about Arden Premier Dentistry . The entire team is kind, caring, compassionate, and fun! Yes—fun! They are truly changing the perception of dentistry. Dr. Anna explained everything in detail, gave me options, and allowed me to make informed decisions about my own health. She understands that this is my body, and the team understands that I am not just a mouth with teeth! All of the staff are welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Skylar, Witley, Rachael, Crystal, and Dr. Anna are the best of the best!

This sign was a nice welcome when I walked in for my appointment. Skylar, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Crystal, was very professional, friendly and thorough. Dr Crumley was very personable and more thorough than any dentist I’ve been to and I’ve seen a lot!

Not sure what happened to my initial review but I am happy to write another!! Tooth pain is NEVER a viable option for anything positive but Rachael(spelling?), Dr Madison and the ENTIRE Staff exude so much joy and Positivity that the angry nerves don’t stand a chance ruining the day! THANK YOU ALL for being AWESOME! I had two fillings and a crown(temporary) a couple of weeks ago, returning today for the permanent crown installation. Along the way, frequent days of pain became the norm. Long story short, these Professionals have me happy and feeling GRRRRRREAT! Oh…the only thing missing from this Environment is (see photo).😃

I truly appreciate the entire staff at Arden Premier. I don't have the best teeth, but I appreciate how Crystal and Madison pay attention to the details and really look out for what is best for me and my teeth. The entire staff is very pleasant and makes me feel as comfortable as I could possibly feel being inside a dentist office.

Called to get their rate for a standard new patient appt. Would not give me a price point and told me they could the day of the appointment! What is happening with dentists these days? Appears deceptive. For All I know they could be judging people by what they wear and the color of their skin with how secretive they are about their pricing. Do better!

Dr. Crumley and her staff are amazing ! They are always welcoming, kind, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. They accommodate your schedule and are available even in off hours.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Entire staff was amazing. Want to mention all of them. Whitley, Skylar, Dr Crumely, Rachel, and Crystal were so helpful and accommodating. I have been looking for a dentist in Asheville area and found it. Great office ambience and so professional. If you are looking for a Professional Dentist whose staff is Awesome and caring. give them a call!!!
