Overall, this dental office has very friendly staff and my experiences with care have been positive. My main concern relates to how their missed appointment policy was applied. I missed one appointment during a recent move and had consistently attended or rescheduled within their required timeframe prior to that. The written policy I signed states that "repeated missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $50 missed appointment fee." In my case, I was initially charged $100, with the explanation that the appointment was a two-hour time block. However, I did not see anything in the signed policy indicating that the fee increases based on appointment length. After raising these concerns and referencing the written policy, the fee was reduced to $50. While the care and staff were very good, I felt the application of the no show/ cancellation policy was inconsistent with what was provided in the document I signed. Great day at Foxrun, they re-diagnosed an issue with my tooth and took care of it in 1 visit. I was previously told a root canal was needed, but in reality the tooth needed to be extracted. All options were discussed along with the after care and tooth replacement. This was my initial visit to Foxrun but definitely not my last. Another plus for me is they offer nitrous as a sedition option.

I have a fear of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and we extremely nice. I will be returning again and very soon. They were all so polite and helpful and very understanding.

There are soooo many great things I can say about this office so let's dive in! 1. The fact they were able to pencil me in within days of my initial call where one dental office said they were booking out 8 months for new patients and the other gave me a 2 month away appointment impressed me, but even more so because McKenzie at the front desk said "since your experiencing tooth discomfort, let's get you in right away" when the other 2 offices were unconcerned. 2. My Dental Hygienist, Lisa was so informative, relatable and knowledgeable about my health concerns and I learned quite a bit from our dialog. 3. The doctor, Alissa Edward's was heaven sent! I didn't realize she was a sleep expert before making the appointment but now I have a dentist to go to for my sleep apnea needs after THREE unresponded to request for referrals from my pulmonologist. Today, the Lord was looking out for me when routing me to this office as these ladies were ALL amazing and this is a perfect fit and EXACTLY what I needed.

Very pleasant first visit. They listened to all my concerns and performed a thorough exam. Liz explained clearly everything she was doing and ensured I was comfortable with her procedure. Dr. Edward's performed her exam and provided clear guidelines for next steps. Her confidence and friendliness were very assuring, indicating I would receive professional and complete treatment from her and her staff.

I liked this place and had gone for many years, but they recently changed ownership. They undercharged me after a filling (I always ask to pay in full when I leave) and now are threatening to send my bill to collections if I don't cover the difference right away. I no longer live in Appleton but kept going to this dentist because I liked them, so I asked nicely if I could wait the less than 6 months until my next cleaning to pay the $23 when I'm there next, they declined. What a strange policy, especially considering it was their error.

I brought my child for his first dental visit today and overall had a great experience!! The hygienist was very kind and explained the different tools she used with fun names to help my child understand how they work. The dentist was also very nice and informative. I would highly recommend my friends to take their children there.
