Wow, what a Painful and terrible experience! I had some work done on a back tooth and Dr Eiswert was So Rough with the needle for the anesthesia. Then, for Several WEEKS I could barely move that side of my mouth and I was in so much pain. I called and spoke to the front office ladies several times and they assured me that that was normal. I think I even spoke to his wife at one point. Never did they suggest for me to come in so the Doctor could check me out. I trusted them. Finally, the pain began to subside and I regained use of that side of my mouth. Next check up, I went to a Different dentist. That dentist said that it sounded like Dr Eiswert had injected a nerve! That explained the pain I went through. Do not recommend
Dr Joe and all the staff are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, professional and caring. My treatment plan was thoroughly laid out and explained as to what was most urgent. Dr. Joe is gentle and very concerned if you the patient are comfortable. He has years of knowledge and continues to educate himself and staff on new procedures and equipment He is the only dentist I trust.
We went in for a consultation for my husband. Doctor Eiswert, Smilemakers, was so knowledgeable, friendly and made you feel so comfortable. We are definitely going to him for extended work and made the appointment. He was very fair in the pricing also. Thank goodness we found him.
I made an appointment and got in within a week, I had replacement cap within 2 weeks. They were nice, informed and got me in without waiting 3 months! Doctor explained everything as well as did the technicians.
My wife and I both had a great experience, always book our visits at the same time to cut down on travel.
First time. Dr. Eiswert and his staff were great. Clear and concise treatment plan. Everything explained. Doc. was gentle and thorough. I didn't feel like, just a number. Will be continuing treatment. Thank you, so much!
